Best service center for my new Kia
I don't know if things change when my car becomes older than 6 months or has mechanical issues, but the staff at Kia of Warrington service center are very professional, very efficient, very knowledgeable, very courteous, and service-oriented. I love the free car wash and free service during first year of ownership at Kia, what a nice throw-in--not all car dealerships do this, but it will certainly make me want to buy another Kia and the service personnel is an added benefit!

Dissatisfaction with the General Manager
I purchased a pre owned 2017 Kia Sportage Ex on 6-21-2017. The car had three different tire brands, which they corrected on 7-21. The car had three body imperfections. They cosmetically repaired one area, but the General Manager, Barry Kabinoff, refused to correct another area. Having owned this car for a month, I am appalled at the response of Barry Kabinoff. Because of his attitude towards my concerns, I will not recommend this dealership.

Hello Mr Graves, We apologize for your concerns in reference to the 2017 Sportage you recently purchased from us. Please be advised, during negotiations we never promised that we would make any repairs to the few minor imperfections on the vehicle. The vehicle was presented cosmetically to you as it was and we never committed to making repairs. However, as a gesture of good faith we did agree to touch up the small blemish located on the side of the Sportage. Furthermore, as a courtesy, we replaced two tires that measured over 50% with two brand new tires due to mismatching. The vehicle you purchased is a Pre-Owned Kia and as a result it has met all of the high standards and criteria of Pennsylvania State’s certification checklist and requirements. Service department
The service department checked my Kia optima turbo for engine replacement possibility due to recall and change your oil for free. They also clean my fuel injectors. They were professional and courteous.

Great all around experience

Amazing Experience!
I had never bought a new car before. I knew I wanted a Kia Soul - but I also have always imagined car salesmen as not very nice people and was worried that it would be a long, horrible day. I was so wrong! We were greeted at the door (it was pouring rain) by Kevin, and he was wonderful from the start. He was very kind, patient, and helpful and did everything he could to get me the vehicle I wanted and in my price range. He was not just focused on the sale, but was also focused on keeping us happy and comfortable. We had to spend a little extra time there because the color of the car I wanted had been moved to another store, and they had to transport it in. Kevin was very entertaining during our wait. He also tried to get us a cardboard hamster to take home - though he was not successful, we still took a picture with one. I love my new Kia Soul and had an amazing experience purchasing it. I highly recommend visiting Kevin at Gateway Kia if you’re looking for a new car!

SERVICE REVIEW AND NEW CAR SALES
SERVICE; Service review is a positive. The person I spoke with (Donale Pernsley (A39) was knowledgeable, and well as personable. Good Person very helpful. I do think the waiting time for service to be finished could be timed a bit better. NEW CAR EXPERIENCE; Sorry I can not give the same positive rating to the "Sales" department. My feelings on purchasing/leasing the Kia Soul was mixed to say the least. I know I was 100% lied to and made a fool out of. So much so I would think twice about recommending or leasing from Gateway Kia again. First time was a decent experience second at the least questionable.
