Concerned KIA owner
Shameful cheats.I would not bring them my wheel barrow to fix.They ask you to sign a form saying you will pay them $ 120.00 diagnostic fee,even though the car is still under warranty,what a rip-off!They do not tell you about the fee over the phone, just to bring you in and waste your time.They got a" joker" in the office who lies in your face about your financial responsibility/obligation,what a joke that is.I would go to any other KIA dealership for service but Gateway KIA.If you want to know more about the kind of place and people this dealer is,go to indeed.com and read reviews from their own former employees.CKO

Excellent, friendly and fast service!
I went to Gateway Kia, which is where I purchased the vehicle, for a oil change. Thank goodness my service tech noticed my inspection stickers had expired a month ago! For years my registration and inspection expired at the same time but this all changed with a new car๐ฎ. Lol, well they were able to handle that problem for me in no time at all! Thanks guys for your quick and professional service. My service advisor, Autumn was even so kind as to print my vehicle registration and other docs for me which I only had proof of on my phone! Smh, I was a unprepared mess but she was so patient and kind to me. Thank you Gateway Kia! I really appreciate your kindness.๐๐ฝ

Splendid as usual!
I brought the car in for the normal maintenance service as recommended by the window sticker mileage. I was extremely pleased when I was alerted that next month the car will be due for a state inspection and I was asked if I would like to care of that as well. It would safe me an extra trip and time. Then I was told that the most current AllState card was missing from the car's documents folder. The service person called AllState and the insurance card was sent to the Gateway Kia office printer. Everything was taken care off as efficient as possible.

Service completed on time and as promised! Very courteous team to greet you and to explain the details of your service. They even washed my car when they were done with the service!! I recommend to all my friends, even if they did not purchase their car at KIA

Best car buying experience I ever had
Everyone was pleasantly inviting when I walked through the door. I never felt like I was being pressured into buying a car. My sales agent BJ was very nice and informative. He knew all about the cars. Me and my wife are new to leasing and he explained the leasing process to me and my wife clearly and made me feel very comfortable about my decision to lease. The sales manager was also great and he worked with me on getting a low payment that worked best for me. I left feeling good about the whole process and without any doubt.

The service was fine.....but to be charged $42.35 to plug a small leak in one tire is absurd when my local service station charges $10.00.when they are making the repair from scratch. The service I had performed at your center included tire rotation, so the tire being repaired was already removed from the car! I'm not happy with the heavy handed price gouging, Bill Kohler.

1st oil change.
It was my first oil change. It was free and there were a few questions about the car itself that I needed answered. Everyone was very considerate and thoughtful.
