2019 Kia Sorrento purchase

Scott Dutter is a professional, courteous, patient, and friendly employee of Gateway Kia. He is a valuable asset to the gateway Kia dealership. I would highly recommend him to anyone interested in purchasing a vehicle.

Great customer service

Been taking my car to Kia services for four years. Customer service is awesome and they have Friendly staff. They always give me a free car wash.

Car repaired and ready when promised

Autumn took time to listen to my service issue and then explained what was completed upon my picking the car up. Had a great experience.

Review

Experience is always easy and straightforward. Had no difficulty scheduling service, wait was about 1 hour longer than estimated but that posed no problems this time.

Great experience

What a great dealership. The sales person was helpful and made it a smooth buying experience. I had my 5 year old daughter...they gave her games to play and the upfront greeter Amanda sat with our daughter and played games during the time there. Great experience.

Awesome Experience

We came to Gateway to check out leasing options after one of our vehicles was stolen. When we discussed our budget and discovered that leasing wasn't a realistic option for us, they offered us a great deal on a lightly used option. Stephanie was awesome and she didn't pressure us or make us feel like we had to make a snap decision we weren't sure about. I love my new Kia Rio!

Good service and room to improve!

Overall experience was much better than previous one. It is improving day by day. The scheduling can be improved. I had to call twice to schedule and there was miscommunication between scheduling and the service department. I got the loner vehicle. I felt the loner vehicle needed the service and it was very dirty. The communication of what is needed and why it is needed was clear and excellent part on that. The prices I felt is very high but need to review in detail.

Service Like No Other

My experience at the Gateway Kia dealership in Warrington, PA was extremely positive. The staff is always very friendly. My service specialist, Autumn was very knowledgeable and thorough in the diagnostic explanation. As usual, she was very professional, friendly, and personable. She is truly an asset to the dealership and an ambassador for the company.
