Very pleased with service and loaner car

Overall pleasant experience with addressing recalls and inspection. Plus, a loaner car was offered that I really needed. Wish they would have free oil change and filter for life of 3 year lease. But very satisfied with service and staff.

Great Service

I am very happy with the purchase of my 2015 Pre-owned certifed Kia Sportage. Alex and Rick were awesome, very helpful and willing to work with my budget to get me into an afforadable car. Staff was also very pleasant, Would recommend

Poot service experience

Check in tiñe took over 45 minutes. Dealership wouldn’t pre order replacement parts and didn’t fix the issue on the service visit. Requires another appointment and have yet to hear back.

Took 2 days to replace a thermostat

It took 2 days to replace a thermostat. I was tld they needed to order it specific for my car. They should have known that since it was a recall itiem. Then, the person picking me up at my house took 1 hour to get to my house only being 10mins away. No one seemed to care when I brought it up

Very timely, honest, thorough.

Very timely, honest, thorough. I would highly recommend the service dept to other customers (I had other options) . Keep up the good work and service

Wonderful experience!

From the first step thru the door you are made to feel special. Everyone you are in contact with is trying to find you the car that best fits your wants and needs. They actually listen to what you have to say and come up with just what you are looking for. You cannot go wrong getting your car at this dealership. I know I am satisfied.

Pleasant sales experience

From Internet salesperson to in store experience on a busy Saturday, these folks were great. Kept me informed and were knowledgeable and friendly. Finance was mobbed, so they offered flexibility with detailing and delivery of the vehicle—it all worked out well!

Fast Experience

The purchase of the vehicle went smoothly and quickly. It almost was too quick--no one really went over the features of the car with us very well, so it was pretty much my own learning experience and becoming very familiar with the manual. Also, the salesman promised to contact my insurance company on Monday, but on Wednesday when I spoke to my insurance agent, they had not received any information.

wouldn't go back.

dropped off car at 0915 for appointment. never heard until I called about 5 hours later, was told they would call me back soon. 2.5 hours later I called again, got the same response. inquired about a rental, was told 2-3 week wait. problem for vehicle wasn't resolved either, and there was a large oil slick running down my passengers side door.
