Using unreal low prices to lure in people.

Offering cars at below price to lure people in. When they actually want to buy the car, they never respond. Very shady. I contacted them to buy a Jeep they were offering for $15k under. When I asked to purchase the car and verify the price, crickets. Not one responded.

Very helpfull

Took car of my needs for on my truck and did it in a timely manner. $40 over what I usually pay for an oil change and tire rotation.

Maintenance

Had a Routine Service Maintenance completed on my 1500 Ram. Greeter was courteous and took the time to protect my interior. Service manager was very helpful.

Excellent customer service

Wow! Moss Moreno Valley Definitely upped their game bringing Clay on board. He was so helpful the moment I pulled up. Didn't hesitate with I said no appointment and needed a new battery after jumping it and bringing it in. He got me in, inspected, called me back with an update quickly, gave me accurate out the door price and had it ready when promised. Moreno Valley has struggled these past few years. Glad they are back!!

At moss it’s your loss

Overcharged is ten grand over what we agreed to in writing .. took six painful hours to buy and Daniel and his boss ripped me off I had no way of figuring this out til i got first payment in mail and had to speak to Chrysler financial

I always bring my Jeep to the dealership for regular maintenance. On July 29, I had another appointment following the oil change and was concerned about the time. The service was finished about 30-40 minutes earlier than my deadline. Thank you so much.
