Great Service

I dropped off my Wrangler in the morning because I was having problems starting it. It turned out to be a bad cell in my battery. They replaced the battery under warranty and my Jeepwas ready to be picked up before noon.

Excellent Service

Our Assistant Service Advisor Ms. Ryan was very knowledgeable. She went above and beyond from the moment we check in. She followed up quickly and advice us and what need it to be done. Unethical bait and switch

Ready to buy, then bait and switch by this unethical, loser dealership. Moss does NOT honor their online pricing. Started financing paperwork and got a call from dealership that the car "now" has a $10,000 markup. Found same car (different color but options the same) at two other dealers and they are maintaining the online price. Now buying from one of those dealers. Nice way to lose a customer Moss Jeep of Moreno. I will steer as many people as possible away from your dealership due to your unethical practices.
