Terrible customer service

If you didn't buy your car from crest they do not care about giving you proper service. I came in today to have an item warrantied on my car and they first would not give me a loaner because "I didn't buy my car from crest so I don't get a loaner" secondly they wanted me to sign off on a "diagnostic fee" witch last time they charged me $120 to tell me my car needed a new battery! THANKS! Now this time a sensor that was once replaced under warranty already a month ago! The sensor has gone bad again and now today they wanted me to sign off on the diagnostic fee even though the item is a warranty item! I refused to sign this because they have taken money from me before with this same ploy. At the end of the day because I did not buy my car from crest any work I have tried to have done there has been a total nightmare! I DO NOT RECOMMEND CREST CADILLAC!!!!

Boyhood dream...

I fell in love with Cadillacs in third grade. Today I bought my first brand new Cadillac, my childhood dream come true! Everyone at Crest Cadillac, from test drive, to driving off the lot made the experience perfect!

Great service!

The screen on my CUE system became de-laminated and I was 5k miles outside of my 50,000 mile warranty. The folks at Crest advocated on my behalf with Cadillac and they replace the screen at no charge to me. Cadillac really stands behind their products! Thank you to Crest for being their for its customers!

Cadillac Curtesy and Customer Service

Our salesman took time to personally contact us and answer technical questions we had about our beautiful car. When we needed help with servicing, the department was very considerate about scheduling us. Everyone made sure we were comfortable while waiting and we even enjoyed some fresh donuts!

Second vehicle purchased from Crest Cadillac

A big birthday was quickly approaching and I wanted to mark it with a new car. Did not really have an idea just what I wanted but, saw a Buick Verano on the lot. My mother owns one in Florida and after test driving Crest's, I decided that I wanted one too. Told Paul the must haves, and a couple days later, I was driving away with my birthday present! No hassels. Completely satisfied. A happy customer.

Great Experience & Best Customer Service

Came in looking to get out of my car and into something more practical for me and boy did I find what I wanted. Met Paul and what a experience. Picked out the car for me that met what I was looking for and gave me a deal I couldn't pass on. Very comfortable experience no pressure and what a smart man knew everything about the car. Fantastic service and repair!!!

My experience with Crest Acura Collision Center was fantastic! I carelessly backed into a pole the other day and stopped by Crest the next day to have them give me a repair estimate. Fabbio (I think was his name) was so helpful. He told me that instead of getting my bumper completely replaced for $1300 (which is half of my life savings) that since it was only cosmetic damage, he'd help me out clean it up for $300 or $400. Deal! He was able to have me come in the next day and leave with it the same day. It looked as if I had never had even backed into a pole!!! Not to mention it ended up costing under $300!!! AND they cleaned the inside and outside of the car so it looked even better than it had before my little "accident". Couldn't have left any happier. They did a fantastic job and I would recommend their services in a heartbeat!
