Very accommodating and helpful. Went out of their way to cut a deal with me. They missed a couple details when I purchased such as not installing splash guards as per the agreement but they made it good. I went in today to have a flat tire fixed. Super accommodating to get me in. However I was disappointed that they didn't wash the spare before they put it away. Plus they didn't stow the jack where it belongs. These issues were buzzkill.

disappointed
I dropped my truck off on Saturday July 15th for an inspection.had broken part had to wait till tues to get the truck back. Tuesday my truck was still not ready,did not get my truck back till today 7/21/23. my truck was covered in mud. the work they did left my truck leaning to the passenger side. terrible work. I dropped off a clean working truck and got back a truck covered in mud and out of level by an inch. and they lost one of my wheel covers

My experience here was just about perfect. Jared was my sales associate and he walked me through the whole process from explaining the features of the vehicle, the financials, taking the test drive, and finalizing the deal. I couldn't have asked for a better person to walk me through everything.

Terrible business practice!!!
Terrible business practice!!! Tried for days to get info on a vehicle. One run round after another. I have every message. I asked for one thing from 3 different people. Each one said no problem. I even told them I secured the funds. The reviews I have read were true. All my work shot as you couldn't communicate.
