John was very helpful and responsive to all texts, emails and phone calls. He is very knowledgeable of all the features of a Mercedes, which was very helpful as a first time buyer. RBM of Alpharetta didn't have the exact car we were looking for, so John referred us to another associate at RBM of Atlanta, and we found the perfect car. We found this very admirable, as he put our needs in front of him getting a sale. We really appreciate all the time and expertise John provided us.

My mom and I inquired about a 2018 Glc... the internet...

My mom and I inquired about a 2018 Glc... the internet salesman did not get back with me the next about the vehicles availability. We decided to go check the car out on our own. When we noticed the car was still on the lot... we requested the internet salesman assistance. The salesperson helping us told us that salesman was busy and that he would assist. We approached the car and I noticed the salesman didn’t hand my mom the keys. Not sure why, but one could insinuate a few things especially when he didn’t explain his actions. We test drove the car in silence. He didn’t give us any information about the car or anything. We felt we were on his time and that we were wasting his time. We left with a horrible experience... it’s rare that we run into car salesmen that don’t offer business cards or anything. We decided to Buy from Mercedes Buckhead. Not sure what their issue was... but they lost a sale because the service was HORRIBLE.

Just purchased a New 2021 GLE 350 from RBM of Alpharetta and our experience was amazing. Kyle Edson made it quick and easy. He had it ready to go, papers ready to sign, trained on the vehicles operation, and answered all questions we had. I highly recommend Kyle and RBM of Alpharetta.

I was in dire need of a new car after my car accident and...

I was in dire need of a new car after my car accident and I'm so glad I found RBM! Mark was very helpful throughout the entire process, and did all he could to make sure I left the dealership with what I wanted. I will definitely recommend RBM to anyone in the market for a new car. Mark Higgs is the best and the only reason I ended up...

Mark Higgs is the best and the only reason I ended up buying the Benz 300 from this dealership after having a horrible customer experience with a different salesperson (Bill Favini) there. Mark is professional, respectful, communicative, and knowledgeable. He made car buying easy.
