John found me the car I wanted, put up with my crazy questions and demands, had the car delivered to my house and then flew down to Tampa Florida to show me all to new tricks the car does and bought me lunch, that’s what I call white glove service!

This is the second time I purchased a new vehicle from RBM. The first experience 7 years ago was a good one but this one was even better. The reason for that was the excellent service provided by my sales rep, Vadim Russu. His highly professional, no pressure approach was most welcome. He was extremely knowledgeable on the entire Mercedes line and helped me work through a series of decisions without pushing me one way or the other. He was extremely patient and spent all the time with me that I needed. Now that I have taken delivery of the car, he continues to be helpful in answering my questions and helping me learn the new and exciting technology. He is an honest, very helpful rep who represents Mercedes well. I would not hesitate going back to him again. Highly recommended.
