Right from the moment I got into Mercedes dealership and met Rich Alder, the experience was so amazing and satisfactory. I would be honest that I got my first Mercedes from a different dealer in Marietta and this time I got it from RBM and I could feel the difference as a fan and customer of Mercedes. Rich made me feel so comfortable and he shown a lot of patience while showing different options and cars as per my budget. Rich made it sure that whatever noticeable work which was needed in my selected car, was completed nicely and I got my car in pristine condition. Rich Alder was great. I knew the exact car I was looking for and he made the process very easy. I appreciate him working with me on scheduling a test drive and finalizing the deal. I don't always work traditional hours and Rich went out of his was to make sure he was accessible.
