I worked with Vadim Russu to purchase my new car. I cannot express enough how impressed I was with him. Vadim was incredibly responsive to all my answers, and worked ever issue to insure customer satisfaction and happiness. Vadim was phenomenal in follow up, and instruction on different operational aspects of the car. Vadim was personable, easy to be with, just everything you want ! Couldn't ask for more. We have purchased from three other Mercedes dealers in the Atlanta area. This was far and above the BEST experience. Tom Ahern in Finance was awesome as well. Super nice, efficient, and concise. Elisabeth Sexton has the laborious task of teaching a "techy" car to us. She was incredibly knowledgeable. She relays the in and outs of the new technology cars making it look easy and completely manageable. She was a dream to work with.

Appreciated excellent services by Rich and RBM Alpharetta Mercedes. In the midst of the pandemic, everyone was masked, gloved and fully social distanced with adequate visible supplies available. Rich was very clear and researched every question. The staff was very professional and quite fair in the trade. No doubt even though we are from the south side we will make the trip and refer others.
