Purchase of a preowned GLC 300

We saw this preowned on the lot and called back on a Saturday to actually visit the showroom and test drive. Somehow we were in contact with two sales consultants and that could have been confusing or contentious. Nothing but good response from Andy Sayers who state that he and Rich Alder are a team....that they were, in that both seemed concerned that we were taken care of. Ther purchase process was very electronic and reasonably smooth. Andy was knowledgeable and focused on serving our needs. RAV

BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

I just purchased my Mercedes from Bill Favini yesterday, and I have to say that we received top notch customer service. He was extremely helpful and was able to take of all our needs, and then some. Great experience at RBM of Alpharetta

Professional and friendly, the staff at RBM of Alpharetta were great in the purchase I made this past weekend. From email to text messaging, and in-person, communication was always clear and prompt. The facility itself is top-notch, and buying a car here was a pleasure. Rich Alder and Ramona Razavi are great representatives of a great dealership and brand!

Excellent Service

David Wang went above and beyond to help me shop for a new car. In 3 visits over 3 months, he was thorough, considerate and patient. He even helped me get the best deal with auto insurance and facilitated my rental car return. I never felt pressured and will recommend David and RBM to anyone I can.

Great experience.

From the time I walked into the showroom to the day of delivery and beyond, the complete staff and in particular, Rich Adler was very professional and able to answer all questions. He figured out what I wanted and made it very easy for me to get the right car for me. Plus, he is so easy to work with..professional and friendly. Excellent Shopping Experince!

Recently purchased a certified, pre-owned vehicle. Everyone at RBM was professional, warm and inviting. However, words can not express how thankful I am for my Sales Professional, Rich Alder. Rich truly went above and beyond to ensure I had an excellent car shopping experience. I am not the easiest client to deal with and still wonder where Rich gets all his patience to let me drive the same car over and over, answer all my questions, show me all the functions of the car, address all my issues, etc. Rich had the best attitude and addressed all with a smile. He earned my trust and my business. He also delivered on all promises. I can not sing him enough praise and highly recommend him as well as everyone at RBM!

Reza was completely generous with his time, he listened to us carefully, and followed up with our questions. My hubby and I were thrilled on how smoothly the whole procedure went, it was completely easy and quick. Reza had everything sorted and ready before our appointment. First time experience at RBM of Alpharetta

We just happened across this dealership while test driving a Mercedes from another dealership. Thank goodness we did! From the initial phone call to signing of the paperwork, the experience was one of the best EVER for us when it comes to purchasing a car. Dan Berry (sales) was respectful, full of knowledge about the Mercedes line and a delight to work with. Two weeks after the purchase I reached out to him with some questions and he was so helpful and willing to spend time with me on the phone. Finance and the delivery specialist are first class. I was thinking that I would have my car serviced in Athens at the Mercedes dealership since I live here but I will be going back to RBM or Alpharetta instead. Worth the trip!
