I recently had my Service A performed on my AMG GLE43 done with Steve Byrd, our Service Advisor. Steve is always very efficient, professional, accommodating, and friendly. On another occasion, Steve promptly returned our telephone call during our Out-of-State trip and answered all of our questions with our vehicle. It is a real pleasure working with him as a Service Advisor through all these years! Thank you Steve Byrd and RBM!

The people at RBM were warm and personable and made us feel like they were working together with us to give us the best possible deal. They took time to provide a test drive, explain the details of the car and financing. They even gave us a free service visit because they were short handed and we had to wait a little longer than normal to sign the paperwork. All around good experience.

Vadim was very helpful in finding the right car for me. I went with my eye on one car, but when I got there, I decided I liked a different car. Vadim was very patient with me and really worked with me to find exactly what I wanted.

Dan was so helpful during this stressful time. I felt health and safety were on the forefront of our interaction to get our GLE350. He was wonderful. Ramona in the financing area was tremendous as well. Loved the dealership and Dan and Ramona!

Vadim and Lisa made this a quick and easy experience! During these days of covid-19 , they were considerate, clean and safe. Everything was clear and easy to understand.

Cleans and nice environment , friendly staff and good selection of inventory. John Sauer offers a great customer service and he is honest, he responds quick all your questions and explains very well if you have any concerns.
