Dan Berry was great! We wanted to get in and out quickly. We had researched before getting to the dealership. Dan provided all the loan paperwork before we came in to finalize the deal which helped tremendously. He was very knowledgeable and very helpful. Great job RBM!

An excellent experience! The staff were super helpful and the facility itself is spectacular. We were greeted right away but never felt pressured to buy. I would high recommend to anyone looking for a Mercedes.

Excellent car buying experience.

It's often said that buying a car can be a very unpleasant and trying experience. In our case, it turned out to be just the opposite primarily due to our sales person, Terrie Reese, who made the entire car buying experience as easy as possible. Terrie is an excellent and professional sales person, who gives you the appearance of willingness to acquiesce to your car buying needs.

Not Honest

My son and I purchased a certified pre owned car in March 2018. It was a car they had used as a loaner. When we were looking at it and going through the buying process we asked if it has been in any accidents or had any prior damage. The salesman told us there was no prior damage or accidents and then gave us the car fax report. I realize that car fax says is is based on current information and some problems may not have been reported. This dealership owned the car. They knew of the damage did not disclose it to us when asked and did not report the damage to car fax until after we purchased the car. They did not report the damage until April 2018. This is very dishonest. We found this out because we are looking to trade it in. The value they offered was way less than what it should have been and we were told this is the reason why. They showed us the updated car fax that shows the damage reported after we bought it. Totally dishonest and bordering on fraud.

Michelle - Thank you for taking the time to write a review and giving us the time to clear things up. Per our discussion with you and your son, the minor damage to his (previous) loaner vehicle consisted of scuffs and scratches that were reconditioned to like-new status. The minor repairs were made and recorded when an insurance claim was generated. This information was not hidden, nor deliberately kept from you. In fact Carfax took several weeks before they updated the car's status. You were given factual information at time-of-sale, as the sales department was unaware of the repairs at the time. But to show our goodwill, we have gladly offered to credit your son the diminished value on his vehicle when he is ready to trade it in. We appreciate your business and are sorry for the misunderstanding. You can count on RBM of Alpharetta to make good on our promise as we earn your trust once again.

Excellent experience

Working with Rich and Tom was a great! They were both very kind and extremely helpful. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience in this process. Rich listened to my wants and concerns and put me in the perfect vehicle fit for me! I will definitely be sending all family and friends looking to get a Mercedes to him! Thank you for everything! You have a long time customer in me!!!

Courteous and professional

When i made contact with John, he was polite, answered my questions, didn't do the normal hours long dealer dance. It was a quick transaction and I was driving out. The car was cleaned and ready to go the following day as agreed upon. If you want a no hassle experience, see John.
