From the moment I walked into the dealership, I was pampered. I was introduced to John Sauer when the sales agent I was to meet (Rich) was delayed with another client. John is incredibly knowledgeable about all aspects of Mercedes vehicles. As I test drove a C300 sedan, he shared insights about the car that made me want a new Mercedes even more. He truly listened to everything I expressed, and in no time, John was able to limit my selections down to three vehicles. I bought one of them because it was exactly what I wanted. He nailed it. Rich continued to assist with the sale, though it was John that sold me on the vehicle. Professional, attentive, and passionate about his work. This was such a pleasant experience from beginning to end. Both Rich and John are great at what they do!

John has sold me 2 cars. I met him three years ago when I bought my GLC 300 coupe. He is honestly the best car sales person I have ever worked with. He is real and gets you the lowest price from the beginning and doesn’t play all those stupid games like most of them do. He cuts right to the chase and make the car buying process so simple.
