The first person you encounter at a car dealership sets the tone for your entire experience. From the moment I entered the dealership, Mary Brown made me feel like I was home, in a relaxing and warm environment. She really set the tone for our experience at RBM. Dan Berry was the ultimate professional, answering our many questions and treating us with respect, care and humor as we connected over cars and our favorite music. My wife and I had met Dan several years prior and I had made him a promise to purchase a car from him prior to some medical difficulties I had - it was nice to finally fulfill that promise, which would have not happened had it nor been for Lisa Brennan. She worked financial miracles for us and really went above and beyond the call of duty on our behalf, taking the time to get to know us on a personal level. To complete our amazing experience, we were fortunate enough to work with Sharon Thompson who we enjoyed dealing with because of her humor and efficiency. June 30, 2019 Larry and Mary Grace H. After thorough research, we found the S550 we were looking for at RBM. We came from out of state well prepared for the purchase negotiations of the terms and it was successful. Terri Reese made it happen with a friendly, professional style that was focused on my personal experience at RBM and driving home the car of my dreams. She and her team solved all of the obstacles in the purchase process and sent us home as very happy customers that will likely use them again in the future.

I brought my car with a problem with backup camera. Fortunately, i had an extended warranty on the car. Carl worked with the warranty insurance company to deal with paper work, approval etc., that I didn't have to do anything. When I came to pick up my car a few days later, the problem was taken care of. The whole experience when I pulled in for the service until i picked up my car was amazing.
