I unexpectedly totaled my vehicle and the idea of having to purchase another car was daunting. Andy made it extremely easy and did not pressure me in any direction. This is the second car I have purchased at RBM. I am from out of state and I purchased my E400 from Dan Berry. Dan was the seller of my first car in 2014 and I chose to contact Dan again. With both transactions, Dan was very professional, responsive and considerate. I bought the car site unseen and even though I wanted a white one he convinced me that the Selenite was a great color and that I would be happy with it. He was correct. I very much like it. Tom Ahern was equally competent and professional. I would buy another car from RBM and Dan and that pretty much says it all!!!

If I could give more stars to Kyle Edson, I would easily give him 10! I went in with a folder full of details covering GLS 450 and 550. After six (!) test drives between two vehicles, Kyle kept his sense of humor, patience, and professionalism to the very end. Because of his knowledge, low pressure sales approach, HONESTY, and willingness to TRULY get me a wonderful deal, I left with a brand new GLS550. I give Kyle the highest of recommendations for future customers and will definitely refer friends and family to him for any future purchases! I also want to give a shout out to Lisa Brennan (our finance representative). She was welcoming, straight forward, and highly efficient. Andy Sayers is a true professional. My purchase experience was actually enjoyable! If you are buying a Mercedes there is no reason not to visit RBM.

Went to RBM after finding the used Buick Enclave we were looking for on some of the online car shopping sites. Right from the start our experience with Bill Favini was great. You don't think of looking for used cars at a Mercedes dealership, but he was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The car was in excellent condition as you would expect as a used car from this kind of dealership. Bill took us through the buying process and met with all of our wishes in completing the sale. I wouldn't hesitate to buy another used car from RBM if the opportunity came up again.
