I bought 4 new tires last year and somewhere got nails in both tires on the passenger side. Steve Byrd, my rep took really good care and replaced both tires.

I actually enjoyed my purchase experience with Andy and RBM. Not only is Andy fully knowledgeable on his product, he was professional in all aspects of my purchase. I was treated fairly all the way around and I am fully satisfied with my new GLE. If you are looking for a Mercedes in north Atlanta there is no reason to consider any other dealership. I am extremely happy with the Mercedes brand. My prior car was also a Mercedes and the service received at RBM is always outstanding. RBM is definitely on top of their game.

Good to Go
Sheaffer was very knowledgeable and professional, but at the same time low pressure which I like since most car salesman are not. It was the quickest and easiest purchase of a car that I/we have ever had. No long hours waiting in the salesman's office trying to work out a deal. I m very pleased with him and RBM overall. This was my first time experience with Mercedes and your dealership. P.S. Thanks to Susan Grace, who is a good friend of my wife for years, for a ride to RBM.

Exceptional customer service
My wife and I were in the market for a new GLS 450. We first shopped at another dealership. While they were very polite they didn't have what we were looking for in color and features. It was at the end of the model year and inventory was limited. We left that dealership feeling we might need to compromise on this vehicle. The next day we visited RBM of Alpharetta and met with Vadim Russu. Vadim was exceptional to work with. He showed us what was in their inventory. Once again the exact car we were looking for was not in the inventory. That was not a problem for Vadim and RBM of Alpharetta. Vadim found our car at another dealership and 2 days later we are the proud owners of a new GLS 450 with the exact colors and features we were looking for. Exceptional customer service can come in many forms and Vadim and RBM of Alpharetta exceeded our expectations in every way!!!

RBM of Alpharetta
Went to RBM after finding the used Buick Enclave we were looking for on some of the online car shopping sites. Right from the start our experience with Bill Favini was great. You don't think of looking for used cars at a Mercedes dealership, but he was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The car was in excellent condition as you would expect as a used car from this kind of dealership. Bill took us through the buying process and met with all of our wishes in completing the sale. I wouldn't hesitate to buy another used car from RBM if the opportunity came up again.
