I love my awesome GLA!!!!!!!
I recently purchased a GLA 250 from David Wang at RBM of Alpharetta and had a great experience working with David to find the right car for me. I test drove 3 different Mercedes multiple times as well as 2 from Audi over a 2-week period before deciding on my GLA. David was very informative and never pressured me. Tom from the finance department was great to work with and the whole process went very fast. All involved worked past close to get the deal done. I give David Wang and the team that I worked with 5 stars and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great luxury car.

I've had several different makes of luxury cars in the past and this, by far, was my best car buying experience. I felt no pressure at all. I purchased a car from RBM of Alpharetta on 6/19. Two days later I tried to convince myself that I love my C300 but I had buyers remorse. As fortunate would have it, Reza texted me and ask how I was doing, and how was I enjoying my new car. My response was, “I hate it!” Without any questions he told me to bring it back and fix the problem. Everyone was so polite and helpful, even the finance department.. I’m happy to say I got my dream car!! RBM of Alpharetta has gained a life time customer.

If you’re looking for a dealership that cares about you and not just making a sale, then RBM of Alpharetta is that dealership. I purchased a vehicle and two days later I had buyer remorse. As fortunate would have it, the same day my disdain started settling in, my sales person (Reza) texted me to see if I was enjoying my new car. When I replied back, “I hate it!” Without hesitation, Reza told me to bring it back. He also said there’s a five day under 500 miles, return policy...can you believe that😱?! I’ve purchased several cars and I’ve never heard of a dealership offering such a thing. Everyone from the customer service representative, down to the finance department was so helpful, and polite. I love my new 2019 CLA250! And I love my life time dealership...RBM of Alpharetta!!
