2nd purchase

I made a recent second purchase with Kyle at RBM Alpharetta. Just as the first experience I had the second was nothing less. The no pressure sales and upfront honesty with the team will keep me returning. I don’t plan on anymore purchases in awhile but I will definitely be sending my family and friends so that they can get the A+ experience and care I have received.

Buyer Beware!

I bought a preowned SUV here. Within the first week it was back for an issue with a thermostat, Now less than two months after the purchase, it needs over $5100 in repairs. I have driven this vehicle less than 2500 miles. The repair cost is 1/3 of the vehicle price. I'm blown away at this point. I encourage all potential customers to shop elsewhere. I felt comfortable shopping here, I was WRONG. A vehicle that needs to be repaired twice before 2000 miles was clearly sold with issues that were missed or passed over. It is a shame that the RBM name isn't what I thought it was. Buyers, please heed my warning.

Shane - The 2010 GL450 you purchased passed our safety inspection and was sold 'AS IS' as stated on the window sticker. Although there were no signs of any malfunctions, our finance manager recommended purchasing a third party warranty due to the age of the vehicle. Had you not declined this option, your current situation might be different. But as a goodwill gesture, we agreed to cover the cost of the thermostat given it failed within a week of purchase. Any other issues going forward are considered the customer's responsibility. For this reason, the 2010 GL450 was priced at 20% of it's original value taking into consideration the foreseeable maintenance of a 9 year old vehicle. Unfortunately there is no way to predict when repairs will be needed, as is proof of the latest issue which occurred without warning.

New AMG E53

I recently leased a 2019 AMG E53 from RBM of Alpharetta. Bill Favini and his staff were extremely professional and were a pleasure to work with. Mr. Favini has been in the business for over 30 years and he made the entire process seamless. They have certainly earned my future business.

2017 G Wagon

I'd like to thank Vadim Russu and the team at RBM of Alpharetta in making our recent purchase of a 2017 AMG 63 G Wagon a great buying experiences for me and my family. Yesterday, 3.10.19 we purchased a 2017 Mercedes AMG 63 from the store and the entire experience was outstanding. Not only did the negotiations go smoothly with Vadim, the paperwork and handling of our transaction by Sharon Thompson was stellar. All done and out the door in less than an hour. I really appreciate when someone values our time and our money when it comes to these types of purchases.
