Purchased used car

Was greeted by receptionist when I walked and she connected me with Michael P who was very pleasant and professional Sales expectations were met and am happy with the outcome Only negative was the amount of time that I had to wait to meet with the finance person after the sale was completed which just shy of an hour

New car purchase

I just purchase a new 2019 Mercedes Benz CLS450 at RBM of Alpharetta. My sales consultant Kyle Edson was great to work with in purchasing this car. The other staff members, Diane Evans and Lisa Brennan, I had the pleasure to work with were very helpful and friendly. RBM of Alpharetta was a great experience from the start to the finish. Pam was excellent to work with and would recommend again. Great Experience - Highly Recommend

Had a wonderful experience at RBM Alpharetta buying a used Range Rover Sport SE from Andy Sayers. The process was seamless, headache-free, and Andy is an absolute pleasure to work with! Lisa in finance was also wonderful and made everything so easy for us. Highly recommend filling out the finance application online before you purchase the vehicle, as it cut down the time at the dealership considerably.

Buying our GLC300

Earlier this month, we decided to purchase a Mercedes Benz from our nearby dealership, RBM of Alpharetta. Not knowing any sales reps there, we were lucky to be assigned to Kyle Edson as our sales consultant. We found Kyle to be extremely knowledgeable about all of the Benz models, both new and used. He took a great deal of time undersour needs in a vehicle and guided us to a GLC 300. We never felt hurried as he helped us decide on the car that is just right for us. Kyle’s product knowledge, sincerity in helping us choose the right car and his sense of humor made this a most pleasurable experience!
