Top shelf experience at RBM!
Kagan Scott was my sales consultant. I cannot say enough about how knowledgeable, professional, and accommodating he has been. And it goes without saying that he has carried through with the highest levels of RBM customer service - both during the sales process and afterwards. Upon entering RBM of Alpharetta a few months ago, I was introduced to Bill Favini who asked the right questions and very quickly matched me with the car that met my needs. I had very specific requirements and because of his experience and knowledge, was able to walk me through the custom build process without a hitch. Bill is professional and a great guy. Horrible Experience
When I purchased my car a month ago everything went perfect until I managed to hit a pothole and needed service (I didn’t want to go anywhere else because of my pleasant experience when purchasing). My service advisor just seemed not concerned at all with my case. I had to call a numerous amount of times to try to figure things out or even get in touch. Considering I’ve never had to get my insurance involved I was a little lost and my advisor made me feel so unimportant. When I picked up my car after RBM had it for a month and it was extremely dirty. And overall everything was just a stressful process, will definitely visit another Mercedes Benz Dealership.

Annahmoore1 - We're sorry you had to go through the process of filing a claim with your insurance company, but given the severity of the damage it was the only path to take. Unlike a warranty claim, the process of filing with your insurance company is the responsibility of the property owner. That said, your advisor was unable to help you any further. As for the dirty condition of your vehicle when picked up, that is on us - we truly apologize for the oversight. Please stop by anytime for a complimentary service wash and vacuum. Craig, our Service Manager, will get you in and out with minimal wait time. We appreciate your business and look forward to serving you in the future.

Kagan Scott is an awsome guy. He is the most professional sale man I have ever meet when it come to buying cars in my life. He explains, telling me other options, goes to detail before I make my decision what to buy. I would recommend to everyone who is looking to buy a car; go look for Kagan Scott.
