Horrible Experience

When I purchased my car a month ago everything went perfect until I managed to hit a pothole and needed service (I didn’t want to go anywhere else because of my pleasant experience when purchasing). My service advisor just seemed not concerned at all with my case. I had to call a numerous amount of times to try to figure things out or even get in touch. Considering I’ve never had to get my insurance involved I was a little lost and my advisor made me feel so unimportant. When I picked up my car after RBM had it for a month and it was extremely dirty. And overall everything was just a stressful process, will definitely visit another Mercedes Benz Dealership.

Annahmoore1 - We're sorry you had to go through the process of filing a claim with your insurance company, but given the severity of the damage it was the only path to take. Unlike a warranty claim, the process of filing with your insurance company is the responsibility of the property owner. That said, your advisor was unable to help you any further. As for the dirty condition of your vehicle when picked up, that is on us - we truly apologize for the oversight. Please stop by anytime for a complimentary service wash and vacuum. Craig, our Service Manager, will get you in and out with minimal wait time. We appreciate your business and look forward to serving you in the future.

Very please with the service

Kagan Scott is an awsome guy. He is the most professional sale man I have ever meet when it come to buying cars in my life. He explains, telling me other options, goes to detail before I make my decision what to buy. I would recommend to everyone who is looking to buy a car; go look for Kagan Scott. I would definitely do business with Kagan Scott again in the future!

Excellent Car buying experience

Awesome experience

Michael did a fantastic job. Got an awesome price and an awesome car. Highly recommend! Was a very smooth transaction. Everything was done before I ever walked in the store. Also, Tom Ahorn, the gentleman that handled the financing was great as well. I never felt pressured and it was a very quick process. These guys are the best.

Surprise, surprise, surprise!

Been looking for a Genesis for about a month. It never dawned on me to check out a Mercedes Benz dealer for this model. I spotted an ad from RBM of Alpharetta and thought I'd stop and have a look. I spoke with sales rep. Andy Sayers, and he gave me details on the car. I was not pressured in the least to make a purchase but I did buy the car and drove it home the same day. I will recommend Andy and RBM anytime buying cars is mentioned. I say thank you Andy Sayers!

Looking for a new suv

Dealership very comfortable and a pleasure to visit. I have been in the process of picking out a new car. Dan Berry is assisting me. It has been a couple of months that I have been working with him. He is certainly well versed in the product and has helped me come to a decision of what model I want. Now I am waiting for the model to come into the dealership. Working with Dan has been a positive experience and he has not been high pressure and I appreciate that since I am in sales as well. I hope to have a successful transaction with Dan as he has been patient and guided me through the process
