HIGHLY recommend - kind, welcoming staff

This was by far the best experience I've ever had trading in/purchasing a car. I found my dream car online and immediately drove over to check it out. A very kind sales man (Kyle Edson) drove the car into the service area so I didn't have to walk around in the rain. It looked exactly like the photos online. I also had a trade-in which they valued a little higher than Carmax which was a plus. The purchasing process was flawless. There was no need to negotiate on price as the price was already great. There weren't any ridiculous extra fees that many dealerships sneak into their agreements. Kyle was very thorough in explaining the process and pricing. He was also easy going and great to chat with. I felt like I was talking with a friend it was so comfortable. I will definitely be back to work with him in the future. I spent a short time with Lisa Brennan to handle the accounting part and she was also a joy to work with. I HIGHLY recommend RBM of Alpharetta. Ask for Kyle! P.S. They are dog-friendly! :)

Pleasant buying and tradeIn experience

Worked with Kyle Edson at RBM and bought a GLC , traded in my old GLK. Kyle was super professional and made sure the buying/trade in process was seamless. We definitely recommend RBM. The best or nothing:)

Superb Customer Experience at RBM Alpharetta

CLK 350

We were interested in a used CLK 350. I called RBM of Alpharetta and spoke to Andy Sayers. From our first conversations to taking our pictures with our new car on the red carpet, Andy was a true professional and very helpful. He made the process seamless and fun. Great car buying experience

Kyle and the RBM team were great to work with. Kyle went the extra mile to find and deliver the right car for me. The process was straight-forward, un-intimidating and gimmick-free. He found the car, answered all my questions, and was very direct during the negotiation process. I'd buy from Kyle again in an instant. It was a treat doing business with him!

Best car buying experience

I dread the car buying experience but RBM of Alpharetta made it a pleasure. Bought a GLA250 from Bill Favini who made the process effortless. No sales pressure from the moment we walked in. I recommend this dealership to anyone looking for their next car.
