no service after the sale

I am telling anyone that I talk to not to buy a car from you folks. Everything was fine until I gave you a positive rating on dealerrader, It has been 2 months and no title and no plates, I tried to email my sales lady with no response then your finance lady with no response. Now you title clerk sent me another 45 day temp tag but no title. tried to call her and no return call. So now I will blog about my experience and tell everyone don't give a positive review until you get everything you need from rbm

Ricky - We are as frustrated as you are with the delay from the State of Georgia. After several inquiries, we discovered the title was being held due to litigation with the previous owner for owed taxes on the vehicle. Thankfully, your title arrived today...and will be forwarded to your DMV for processing. Once that's complete, your tags will be mailed to you as promised. Kagan Scott is amazing and made my new car purchase so easy!

I recently purchased a vehicle from RBM of Alpharetta through Kagan Scott. My entire experience was very comfortable and transparent. By the end of the process, I felt extremely confident in my purchase. Kagan was very knowledgeable about the automotive industry as a whole which was a big plus for me - he wasn’t siloed into only having information on Mercedes-Benz vehicles which I find is rare. I really enjoyed my experience, and I felt valued from the moment I walked trough the door. True 5 star service and experience! Tom Ahern also made my financing experience easy, quick and painless. I was in and out in no time. Great folks!

Best Purchase Experience

Kagan Scott allowed for this buying experience to be incredibly easy-going. He seemed to be genuinely interested in getting the right vehicle and getting the best price for me. He provided sound recommendations and made sure all of our needs were met. Very charismatic and easy to talk to individual. I would highly recommend Kagan to anyone coming to RBM Alpharetta.

Purchased a CPO

Ramona was more then patient with the whole process. She listened to all my needs. The concierge was also very helpful at explaining the technology in the car.

Easiest, Best Purchase Experience of My Life

I told Ramona from the beginning that I did not want to spend all day at the dealership. She took care of everything before I arrived. I was in and out in under 2 hours from start to finish. Easy, pain free, and no surprises or high pressure sales. Highly recommended.
