Great experience, would buy again!

We recently bought a used car from RBM Alpharetta. Our Sales Rep Kyle Edson was excellent. He knew the car very well and answered all our questions honestly, even if it wasn't favorable toward his vehicle. We had a nice conversation while waiting for the paperwork as well. Kyle made the car buying process as enjoyable and easy as possible. Diana did a great job of walking through every feature of the car with my wife. In my opinion, it always takes to long to get the warranty/financing/paperwork done at every dealership, but Sharon in finance was pretty efficient as compared to other car buying experiences we have had in the past.

GREAT Experience from Start to Finish

My wife was interested in a new Mercedes SUV, so we stopped into RBM of Alpharetta to review our options. We were fortunate to have Kyle Edson as our Sales Person who explained the different features of each vehicle while taking us on many test drives. The process was more educational and service oriented, vs high pressure at other dealerships. If you're considering a Mercedes - I recommend Kyle and the friendly staff at RBM.

Excellent experience

Andy sayers was my salesman and the entire experience was very well handled and executed. There was a high degree of interest displayed in me and my purchase and a high degree of individual attention. I would absolutely buy from the dealership, and Andy, again, without reservation.

A good sales experience at RBM of Alpharetta.

I had a good experience at RBM of Alpharetta. I phoned ahead and spoke to Andy Sayers in sales. The next day, Andy showed me the Tesla. It was charged and ready to drive. Andy and the others I meet at the dealership were professional and friendly.

No Pressure, very knowledgeable

When I visited RBM of Alpharetta on my lunch hour, I wasn’t immediately swarmed by a salesperson. I was able to look over the inventory without someone hovering over me offering their two cents. This very much appealed to me. Once I had an idea of what I wanted to look at, I walked inside. It was only then, that Andy Sayers greeted me. He asked me if I had any questions and if there was anything I was interested in. I explained, I was on my lunch hour and couldn’t be long. He honored that request and even answered my questions and got me through a test drive. We finished most of our conversation via text/emails and finished the deal later that night on a GLK 350. Appreciated the time Andy took and especially the no pressure/laid back approach. When I went to pick up the car the following day, the product concierge service was again, very professional, through and no pressure. I would definitely purchase another vehicle from RBM again in the future

Great service very professional

Vadim was easy to work with, really knows the business. They really make an outstanding effort. Everything was ready to go at time of pickup, well prepared.

Best experience in my life!

I have to say that Bill Favini was the best salesman that I have ever encountered in purchasing vehicles. I've dealt with many dealerships and many salesmen over the last 26 years but he was the best, hands down. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, flexible, and responsive. He provided me with documents in advance for my review prior to coming in to close the deal. He made sure the vehicle had everything that it should have and made sure that we received the "red carpet" treatment that RBM of Alpharetta provides to its customers, despite the carpet being filled once we completed our paperwork. Even when the concierge was tied up showing another customer their vehicles functions, Bill jumped right in and began the process until the concierge was free. That's true customer service! He even followed up with an email the same day to make sure we got home safe and to inquire if we had any questions. Like a true salesman, he not only closed the deal but did a follow up to boot. I was a Marketing major in college and he nailed the whole sales/marketing process like the true professional that he is. Conversely, I originally phoned RBM to schedule a test drive on a Tuesday and was connected with Kyle Edson and got an experience totally opposite of what I got from Bill. I told Kyle that I wanted to come in on Saturday around 1:30 or 2 pm. He informed me that he would be out on Saturday but would turn my info over to Pam or Michael and someone would be in touch by Thursday. On Wednesday, Kyle emailed me to see if I wanted to come in that day or Thursday and I reminded him that Saturday was my preference since I would be close to that area at that time. I asked that he let me know what they could work out. I heard nothing from Kyle or anyone else and decided to call the main number on Thursday to be connected with a salesman and was connected with Bill. Basically, Kyle totally dropped the ball here. Furthermore, I was disappointed to find out from Bill at the closing that Kyle had weaseled his way into collaborating with Bill on the deal since he originally spoke to me. Needless to say, I was ticked off that this guy is going to get commission for doing absolutely nothing! This was the one negative in my purchasing experience with RBM of Alpharetta. Despite this blemish on the whole experience, I highly recommend Bill as the salesman of choice for RBM of Alpharetta. Wm. Darin Russell
