First time MB owner

I recently purchased my first ever Mercedes Benz. The car buying experience at RBM of Alpharetta was a pleasure. Michael went out of his way to get me the car I wanted, bringing it in from Alabama! Everyone I had contact with at the dealership was professional and extremely helpful.

Over charged for no work

I had some work done on my car by the Merced’es Benz in East Cobb & Mahlones European Imports. I still was smelling gas, so I took it here. Steve in the service department charged me $142 for a visual inspection & $59 to put gas tank on full. He said no leak pick up the car. I asked why the charge $142 for a visual inspection he said he needed to pay the technichican for looking at it. I was applaud! I then asked if he could just knock off this fee if I had him to put on crank shaft censor. He explained it would be another diagnostic fee plus parts labor & possible other fees. I’m so done with Mercedes Benz of Alpharetta! I drove an hour to pick up my car and it stopped on me outside the dealship! I’m done & im dissatisfied. I spoke with the service manager he confirmed it was driven 4 miles while in their care, and the fumes maybe residual from the fuel tank replacement that had been done. I told him my grand baby rides in my back seat. He said come back should any concerns arise😡. Obviously he wasn’t listen to me either...Mercedes Benz Dealers need to do better.

Carlana16 - The appropriate diagnostic for a possible gas leak was performed on your vehicle for a cost of $142. Your advisor made you aware of the charge when you were here, and received your approval to proceed. Unfortunately, we were unable to duplicate the issue you described (possibly due to the low level in gas tank), so we filled the tank with gas and retested your vehicle - again, no leak detected. In the future, we highly suggest using an Authorized Mercedes-Benz Dealer to perform service on your E-Class, especially a fuel tank replacement. RBM of Alpharetta, and all local MB dealers, stand behind our work, which is performed by Mercedes-Benz Certified Technicians with genuine Mercedes-Benz parts.

Wouldn't change a thing!

My experience with RBM started with a simple search on the Internet for my next Mercedes. I knew exactly what I wanted and a match was found at RBM. I didnt hesitate for a minute. I drive straight there and was greeted with a warm "authentic" smile and immediately matched with a salesman Jeff Twiggs. I specifically asked Jeff to handle the trade-in and approval process before driving the vehicle. My requests are unorthodox I'm sure, but he honored my request without question. I was in and out the door with my beautiful Mercedes within a couple of hours. Absolutely NO pressure from anyone. Instead, I was relaxed and actually enjoyed the process.... right down to the moment I signed the dotted line with Sharon Thompson. Ms. Thompson not only handled my closing, but took the time to thoroughly explain additional services that were available to me. She never once made me feel pressured, but instead highlighted the benefits that I may find appealing and in one situation was down right necessary. Thank you to Jeff Twiggs and Sharon Thompson for making my purchase a positive experience!!

Great salesmanship from Kyle Edson.

Kyle really knows cars, especially Mercedes and readily has answers to any question you may come up with. No "high pressure" from Kyle, just explains everything you need to know about the model you select. I would certainly recommend you see this nice musically talented gentleman on you next Mercedes purchase.

Wonderful service provided by Kagan Scott

We went to test drive GLA yesterday afternoon at RBM of Atlanta. We eneded up owning the GLC by 7 pm. We were introduced to Kagan Scott. What a wonderful experience ! He is an amazing person, very knowledgeble and easy to work with. This is a very first time we had delt with the car salesman who was not aggressive but rather soft and easy to with. I highly recommend him if anyone is looking buy or lease MB.

Fantastic experience

Andy sayers was my salesman and the entire experience was very well handled and executed. There was a high degree of interest displayed in me and my purchase and a high degree of individual attention. I would absolutely buy from the dealership, and Andy, again, without reservation.
