Great service very professional

Vadim was easy to work with, really knows the business. They really make an outstanding effort. Everything was ready to go at time of pickup, well prepared.

They don’t even answer the phone - call them.

This dealership is a joke. They don’t answer the phones. They don’t return your calls. I highly recommend find another dealership to deal with. You’ve been warned, good luck.

Dear Mmm - We're sorry for your frustration when working with the parts department at RBM of Alpharetta, despite the fact we made every effort to accomodate your needs. When our wholesale parts advisor last spoke to you regarding a credit request, he confirmed the payment was on it's way. When you ended the call abruptly, our Parts Manager even called your office to confim there wasn't a misunderstanding. He was told you had left for the day. We have not received any other communication from you nor anyone else from your shop regarding this matter, but are here to resolve any outstanding issues you may have. Michael Pietrzak - RBM of Alpharetta - 5 Stars

Michael Pietrzak of RBM of Alpharetta provided excellent service and the best car buying experience of my life. He was professional, courteous and responsive. We are out of state buyers, and were somewhat hesitant about having the car shipped, but Michael reassured us that he would oversee everything. He treated us like we were lifelong customers. I am a perfectionist and typically critical, so my praises for Michael and this dealership can be relied upon. If you are in the market for a new car call Michael - You won’t be disappointed!

They had me at Hello

From the first phone call to check on a vehicle availability, to the syncing of my phone before I drove off the lot.. Sheaffer was top notch in service and sales. Since I spotted my car on carguru, I was from out of state. and he made the sale and paperwork easy as 123. Have you ever been agonizing long at a dealer to finalize a sale?? Not here! I had the keys in my hand before I finished my complimentary coffe.. and that’s not all. It’s not the process.. everyone has to do the same thing to buy a car.. it’s the way you are treated from the front door to the hand shake goodbye Even when I walked in the front door, receptionist greeted me by name ( obviously Sheaffer alerted her to my appointment) I love my car.. I love this dealer and the personal attention that Sheaffer did from start to finish.

Schaefer Cheek bar none knows his product, listens to your needs and wants and makes and supports a solid solution A+! Tom in finance was solid and has many years of experience at RBM, he is a strong piece of the equation.

Great customer service

Kyle, with RBM of Alpharetta, was very thorough and forthright while helping me find a vehicle. He was very accessible and went above and beyond the call of duty in making sure that I had all of the pertinent information that I needed to make the best choice for me and my family. I never felt pressured or misled. Ultimately, I found a vehicle closer to home in the exact color that I wanted, but my experience with Kyle actually prompted me to make a referral to him. I will definitely keep RBM of Alpharetta and Kyle in mind for any future purchases.

Red Carpet Experience

I started looking at Mercedes Benz at RBM Alpharetta about 7 mths prior to my purchase. I met Kyle at my first visit and what stood out to me was there was not any pressure to buy that day. He gave me all the feedback on the GLC I was looking at , just didn’t make me feel pressured. I was wanting a specific one but did not want to order one and I was in no rush. I have told everyone I know about the no pressure service I received and that is why I purchased from RBM. Kyle was honest with every step of the way which made me very comfortable and trusting in the advice he would give. This was my first Mercedes and won’t be my last based off of the special attention you are given from when you step foot in the door. If you are concerned with being hassled by a dealer when showing interest in a vehicle you have no worries, Kyle will make you happy you chose RBM and the experience you will receive.

Super Helpful and Knowedgable

Ramona did a great job showing me their inventory and the car that fit my budget. She was also super nice! Which always helps! Any and all my questions were answered and have no hesitation in recommending Ramona or this dealership.

excellent sales person

I initially saw the vehicle I wanted to purchased online. My husband went to the dealership and Pam assisted him with the purchase. There was an amenity that was not included in the car that was potentially a deal breaker. Pam was able to negotiate with management to add it! I am very pleased with my car and the service Pam offered. I am also happy that my husband took the time from his busy schedule to make sure I got th car o wanted. He’s a keeper!??

Great buying experience.

First time Mercedes buyer. My salesman Jeff was very patient with me, and followed up on all my questions in a very timely way. When it came time to do the deal it was very professional. The final touch was the red carpet delivery of the car - literally! A very positive experience.
