1st time Car Purchase

Ramona Razavi and the RBM squad made my first time purchase very memorable. They helped me find the best deal and I couldn't be happier. I very much recommend them. They are not the kind of dealer who is going to cheat you. THEY REALLY CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS!

Professional, Helpful, Easy

I let Shaeffer know what I was in the market for. He called when it hit the lot. He organized all the paperwork. When I arrived to close the deal it took 10 minuted and we were out the door with a new Sprinter van to add to our company fleet. For a small business, time is money. Probably the smoothest vehicle purchasing experience I've ever had.

Fabulous experience!

We loved working with Kagan Scott! He was extremely professional and very helpful. Kagan was very detail orientated and knew exactly which vehicle we wanted. We would definitely purchase another vehicle from him!

Great Buying Experience on 2018 E300

My wife leased a 2018 E300 sedan to replace her 2016 GLE 350 5 months from lease expiration after RBM offered very attractive incentives. The E300 is the fifth leased vehicle from RBM [E300 & 4 ML/GLE350's] since 2013. Why? Obviously, my wife and I love the MB brand which offers high quality vehicles priced to meet our business and personal needs. RBM of Alpharetta sales, finance, and service personnel offer an exceptional buying experience without any pressure whatsoever. This has been true for every one of the 5 vehicles leased since 2013. Everyone at RBM [including service] knows us personally and treats us like family. That's why we keep coming back! Kudos to David Wang, Tom Ahern, and Diane Evans for making the E300 experience great.
