Thoroughly impressed!

Driving to a dinner meeting an came upon a Mercedes Benz dealership seemingly in the middle of nowhere. Had a few minutes, stopped to check out their ML350 stock. Found a one of a kind, just off lease, car of my wife's dreams. Forty minutes later it was mine. Got a fair deal ... not great but also no buyer's remorse. Totally happy with the purchase and the care Pam Banda provided from the time I shook her hand until I drove off the red carpet. Take a little drive into the country. It's worth the trip.

Excellent customer service!!!!

I had an awesome experience at RBM of Alpharetta. The customer service was excellent. Kegan Scott Was great! He went above and beyond when it came to customer service, and He is very knowledgeable at his job. I would definitely recommend this dealership. This was truly the best experience I have ever had purchasing a new car.

Trustworthy

I visited this dealership, not sure what I was looking for, only I needed a car that was realiable and at a price I could afford. I walked around the car lot and Kagan Scott showed up with a a smile! He asked me questions about my car situation and gave me an honest advice on what I could and should do. Over the next three weeks before I made a decision, nothing was a bother for Kagan he was never the pushy salesman who just wanted to close a deal, no barrage of phone calls. He listened to me and was very patient. The staff at RBM are awesome. You may think this dealership cannot have your car, please do not lose out on a good clean used car, walk in and ask. They have reliable clean cars within your price range plus you are treated like royalty!! Thank you Kagan for being patient at answering my questions. It was fun working with you to look for a car that meets my needs NOT my wants.

Great experience

I didn’t end up purchasing the car but the experience was very pleasant. Pam was very responsive and never pressured me to make a decision.

Costly con job.. slicksters and they lie, as in david Wang

Leased a 400GLE at full price. Cost me W year lease 36,000 dollars. Sold me a 600 dollar maintenance Agreement, and told be if I took care of the car, I could buy it below residual of $43,000. Slick Wang told me to bring it in under the 30,000 mile limit. I brought it in with 26,500 miles. I came 3 times and each month was told.. “ don’t worry, I got you covered”. Well, on March 9, got the car serviced and cleaned, went to buy the car.. but, slickster looked at it and said it looks like new. I’ll be right back.. I have bad news for you. This car is really in good condition so there is no discount to the full retail that we ripped you off at close to $1,500 per month for 2 years. You can buy it at $43k As we know this car will sell for more..sorry. xxx. Also, sold me a Smart Car a year and a half ago, said it was a great buy, new at 18k, 4 months later, the dealership quit selling them and now I am stuck with a car worth half of that. Beautiful dealership. Very nice elderly lady receptionist. She is the best part of this store. The service guys are great, but..butt..the sales side is like a man in the alley, in a trench coat saying, “psst, wanna buy a watch”... very poor treatment. I figure I lost over $5000. With these conmen. If you need a Mercedes, not what they used to be, a bit tinny now, like a VW, but if you really really Want one, go get a real deal anywhere but RBM.. in fact, I think think I will buy a Range Rover.

Great buying experience

Purchased used vehicle out of state. No pressures, car was exactly how it was discerned. Bill Favini, sales consultant was great.T the very end sales manager Peter Leavy came into make sure everything was good. Can’t say enough about my buying experience.

Excellent Service!!!

Ramona was a great sales rep! She was very knowledgeable and helped us make a decision as we are confused about whether we should lease or buy. She was very patient with us the entire time and was super friendly! Will definitely recommend her to everyone.
