This was the best dealer experience we have ever had. And we have bought dozens of cars over the years. The whole team was super prepared and organized. But the star of the show was our sales consultant, Tim Holley.. Mr. Holley was smiling through the phone when we called. His winsome way was reassuring and inviting. It was clear from the start that he knew his products. Although we didn’t realize it at first, he convinced us that he had the exact vehicle we wanted and he knew how to relate to us buyers. By the time we hung up, we were convinced to drive 200 miles to meet him and to have alook at the car he was touting. We could have purchased a similar car at a local dealer. Sure enough, we loved the experience and realized that it was worth the drive and that we should act today. Mr. Holley did a masterful job of orchestrating the sale. I’m on my second vehicle purchase from RBM Alpharetta, GA. My first, a 2019 Sprinter 2500 model was totaled in a rear end collision back in August. I needed a new vehicle fast and the first place on my mind to get one, was back to RBM Alpharetta and Sheaffer Cheek. I told him my situation and he invited me to stop by the next morning. I took him up on it and within 4 hours, I was able to pick out, finance and drive off with my new 2025 Sprinter 2500 model. I like all the new technology safety features which, my 2019 Sprinter didn’t have. Those features drove up the list price but, I’m happy with all of it… Thanks for helping me get back in business Sheaffer!
