We compared 12 different luxury SUVs, before we were treated to a special relational transaction with Lori Mohr. From greeting us in the parking lot as we drove in the first time, to taking personal care as we took possession of the vehicle, Lori demonstrated the qualities of a family-owned business. She even took calls on Sunday! She consistently demonstrated professionalism and product knowledge, with quick turnaround answers to our questions. Also, Lori was very attentive to our needs as senior citizens.
