I'll echo the other reviews and say I had a great experience at RBM of Alpharetta. I purchased a CPO EQS, and Kyle made the process as smooth as possible. I didn't have a lot of experience with Mercedes-Benz, and Kyle patiently answered my questions with no pressure, and helped me come to a decision that I am very happy with. I had a small problem with the car shortly after purchase, and Kelzey and the service team figured it out extremely quickly and took care of me all through the process. Great communication all around. I'm a very happy customer.
