Best service consultant in town
I have been a customer of RBM for 16 years, first in Sandy Springs and then Alpharetta when they opened the dealership here. I have always received a great reception from my consultant Teresa Cox. She keeps me advised on service needed for my car - one less thing for me to remember. She makes sure I always have a loaner and is always willing to share a laugh and her time . She makes the bill less painful. I know I can trust her to take care of my car. I highly recommend Teresa Cox to anyone needing a fantastic service consultant.

Best car buying experience around...
I have purchased half a dozen Sprinter vans for my business so when it came time to buy an RV, the Airstream Sprinter was at the top of my list. My intention was to shop around, look at the competition and then decide whether the Airstream was truly the right vehicle. After spending two hours with Sheaffer, I didn't even look further. He is so knowledgeable about the products he sells and his no pressure approach makes the decision buying process soooo much easier. I joked with Sheaffer when I picked up my Airstream that he and one other salesman I know (the other is in a completely different industry) are my two favorite sales people to deal with. I feel Sheaffer understands my needs and always does the best he can to pull together a deal that works for both of us. Delivery is always seamless and I now never feel I have to "shop around" because I know that Sheaffer will always be fair. Thank you, Sheaffer. I really appreciate all of your help and look forward to adding another half dozen vans to our fleet in the coming years.

I was very very pleased with the assistance that Pamela Banda provided. she was very knowledgeable and not PUSHY about making a sell. It was several days before i made my decision to purchase from this dealership. I was comparing the service, professionalism, and sincerity of the sales person compared to another dealership. when all was said and done Ms. Banda performance made her a clear chose. I really appreciated the overall service i received. When i do purchase another mercedes Pamela will be my choice AGAIN!!!!!!!!!

Ultimate Service/ Amazing care!
Purchased a car today from David Wang, this was my second time buying from him. He cared enough to figure out what I was wanting from a car. His patience enabled me to get the right car to match my needs. We waited until the right car came in, he did force me to buy a car for the sake of selling a car. Also, RBM makes sure the car you leave with is in the best shape. The process was quick and all went smoothly, no hassles , no long term waiting, even left with an RBM Umbrella. My car needed help. I had two tires blowout on the interstate when I was on a trip and I immediately emailed Teresa Cox at Rbm of Alpharetta. Even though she was at home sick with the flu, she stayed emailed me right back and gave me the first morning appointment upon my return and had a loaner car waiting for me. Teresa make sure my car was taken care of as if it were her own. She said “ you purchase this car because it rides like silk and I will make sure when it is returned to you it rides like silk again “. She went above and beyond to make sure I was OK even though she was the one at home sick with the flu. Teresa treats you like you’re the most important customer that has ever walked into the dealership. It doesn’t matter if you’re getting an oil change or complete overhaul, She will go out of her way and above and beyond so the next time you need to bring your car in, youre looking forward to it because this is the one moment in your day that you know everything will go perfectly!. She is honest, trustworthy and conservative when it comes to repairs- Thanks Teresa for everything :-) you should be training people on what it means to be in customer service!!!
