Most Pleasant Professional Experience Ever
I recently purchased a 250 CLA from RBM Alpharetta on McFarland Parkway and I have to say, I have never had an easier, or more pleasant experience in all my years of purchasing a car. Kyle Edson was our salesperson, and he couldn’t not have been nicer. His no pressure yet informative style of working with customers is exactly what is needed in the car sales industry. He honestly found out our needs and what we wanted and he guided us in that direction. I found him to be genuine and knowledgeable and just overall a joy to work with. Lisa and Diane were also amazing during the process. I highly recommend them and the dealership.

Best Car Buying Experience Ever
When was the last time you went car shopping and had a pleasant, even wonderful experience? Well, for me, it was basically never. I have been shopping for cars for a number of years now and have to say that working with Kyle Edson at RBM of Alpharetta Mercedes was about the most pleasant car shopping experience I've ever had. From the minute we were introduced, Kyle's friendly, laid-back, absolute zero pressure persona put my wife and I at total ease and helped us to actually enjoy the experience. We initially went in just to look at some of the models and his willingness to work with us, including taking two test drives with two different vehicles to compare them really helped us make our decision. And his knowledge of the Mercedes line was stellar as well. When we came back the next day to finalize the deal with Lisa Brennan in their finance department, and then received the red carpet treatment from Diane Evans, who showed us all of the vehicles details, we soon realized that at RBM of Alpharetta Mercedes, the friendliness and likability permeates in every department. What a breath of fresh air to do business with this dealership and specifically Kyle Edson! If you are even thinking of purchasing or leasing a Mercedes, you owe it to yourself to set up an appointment with him and experience what we did. Thank you Kyle, you have two customers for life!
