We just purchased a vehicle last week at Alpharetta RBM, and I must admit that Kagan Scott is one of the most astute and professional sales representatives that I have encountered in over 17 years of my experience in purchases of automobiles within the luxury sales market. Kagan was very knowledgeable of the product. There was no pressure, and I appreciated Kagan's candor. He gave us a very informative tutorial on all features and provided excellent competitive analysis of comparable vehicles that allowed us to make an even more informative decision. His analysis aligned with all of the previous research that we had done. I would recommend any potential purchaser of a Mercedes Benz to visit Alpharetta RBM and exclusively request for Mr. Kagan Scott.

I would highly recommend this dealership! I visited service department, and Kendall Parks took care of me! He went above and beyond his duties to assist me! He was very professional and knowledgeable. Answered all my questions and concerns! This is the nicest dealership I have ever visited! From the minute I walked through the front door until I left, I was treated like royalty. They have Starbucks coffee and great snacks for free! They washed my car at no charge! I will definitely do business with them again! Very clean! I highly recommend this dealership!

I have visited several Mercedes dealership in search of the vehicle that was going to be perfect for me and my family. I found the car I was interested online and decided to go see if it was right for me in person. I was immediately met with exceptional customer service from Jeff Twiggs. He is friendly and knowledgeable and made the process as seamless as possible for me. Once I purchased my car I was then given an in depth tutorial as to how my new car works. This is my third Mercedes and the second one from RBM of Alpharetta. By far, this was the best car buying experience I have ever had and I've been buying cars for 40 years. It all began when I just dropped in one Saturday afternoon in October and met Ramona Razavi. I wanted information on the 2018 E Class Convertible. The car was not yet available but as promised, Ramona kept in touch to let me know when they would be available. I test drove one in November and ordered exactly what I wanted. I would not have been able to build the car had it not been for Ramona's experience and patience as I asked a lot of questions. I picked up my new car on January 13th. It's exactly what I wanted and I am so pleased. Everyone was wonderful. Of course Ramona, Tom in finance, Diane Evans in explaining the car's features to me and Donnie, Ramona's manager who took time to visit with me. Wonderful experience!

Jeff was terrific. He made the buying adventure very pleasurable and he was by far the most knowledgeable. I had been to at least 5 other car dealers doing test drives.

We went in looking for a certified preowned MLK & left with a new GLC300. That whole process only took 2 hours & that is the shortest time I have ever experienced in a dealership. Jeff Twiggs is a knowledgeable sales representative who ensures his customers get the best possible deal. The time for delivery of our vehicle was another issue. This was not within our Sales representative control and it took an additional 1 1/2 hours.

Kagan provided excellent customer service, he was knowledgeable about the vehicles and provided great insight on all of the options available to choose from. He was not overly aggressive in the sale, his focus was on our needs, not on his personal sales motives. I thought that was awesome!

I had the great fortune of meeting Kyle to drive a car I was interested in. It was actually a Porsche not a Mercedes.Kyle is the perfect sales person. He is low-key, genuine and very intelligent. He is the opposite of a high pressure sales person. Instead, he is exactly who anyone should want to deal with when considering a new or used car. I highly receoomend him and his dealership.
