Great experience without the hassle

I traded in my 2013 Benz for a 2017 and the experience could not be an easier. Andy Sayers at RBM of Alpharetta gave top notch service, hassle free and made sure I was happy with my decision. I would definitely recommend RBM of Alpharetta. If/when I purchase another car.. I will definitely purchase from Andy at RBM of Alpharetta.

Enjoyable experience

Engineer

We saw a certified 2014 car we were interested in on the web site and called to inquire about it. David Wang returned the call promptly and said that the car was still available. He was waiting for us when we arrived and proceeded to explain the car and all of its features. When we decided to purchase the car he guided us through all of the necessary steps and made sure we were comfortable while the process continued. Thanks to David this was the least painful car purchase I have ever gone through! The rest of the staff at RBM Alpharetta we also helpful.
