Professional and courteous dealership and salesman in David

This was one of the easiest vehicle purchases I have ever made and David was very patient and professional in answering all my questions. There was no pressure from anyone and if I had any suggestions to make it would have been for a few more cars on the lot with additional color combinations.

Phenomenal Service and Atmosphere

We are beyond satisfied with our buying experience at RBM. We initially found the car online and called to check the availability. The rep was exceptional and transferred us to Michael. Upon arrival, we were promptly greeted and Michael immediately assisted us. He was very welcoming and friendly. He was also educated and informative and helped us as first time buyers. Lisa was our loan officer and was just as awesome. She was very personable and swift and efficient. She too was a wealth of knowledge explaining our additional options. We are highly satisfied with our experience and our vehicle. We would recommend this dealership and Michael and Lisa to anyone looking for a car.

Excellent buying experience

Michael our sales rep was excellent and Lisa our finance rep was also excellent. They both exceeded my expectations. I would buy from this dealership again and will recommend to my colleagues and friends.

Amazing

I have purchased 4 cars from RBM of Alpharetta. Their service and staff is the best. David Wang is efficient, knowledgeable, and professional. He makes the entire experience easy and quick. I recommend this dealership to all my friends and family. Training was a breeze with Diane and Lisa is also ready and prepared with all the paperwork. Unbeatable Service and Experience,

My husband and I have been using the RBM North Mercedes dealership since it opened. We have always been impressed with the service. In fact, Dan Berry was our service representative for many years. So, when it came time for new cars, it was only natural to work with Dan who had moved into sales. Dan knew us and our expectations, and we had confidence in his knowledge and commitment! The process wasn't easy for me since I was considering a change from my cute little SLK to the GLE43 AMG! Through the whole process, I was met by nothing but patience and helpful information. I've had my new GLE for three months and love it! CJ Carr spent two sessions with me helping me to get the most from the technology of the GLE. I know that I will get first rate service as I enjoy my car for years to come!

No Pressure Environment!

This was my first experience with RBM of Alpharetta. I learned of them through searching the net for a particular vehicle I was looking for, and they happened to have one. I was very apprehensive at first, not knowing anyone at the dealer. I emailed the dealer for inquiring and Mr. David Wang contacted me. I can't say enough about David as my sales contact. He was outstanding. No slick sales gimmicks, no pressure, no attempts at manipulative ploys. Just great, accommodating service. I had some minor issue with the vehicle, but David and his colleague Steve Byrd from service took care of it and all the cost was covered under warranty. Thank You Guys for your service and I would definitely Recommend RBM of Alpharetta and David to my friends and family.
