No Pressure Environment!!

This was my first experience with RBM of Alpharetta. I learned of them through searching the net for a particular vehicle I was looking for, and they happened to have one. I was very apprehensive at first, not knowing anyone at the dealer. I emailed the dealership to confirm that the vehicle I was interested in was still there, and I received a response from a Mr. David Wang. I can't say enough about David as my sales contact. He was outstanding. No slick sales gimmicks, no pressure, no attempts at manipulative ploys. Just great, accommodating service. I ended up purchasing the vehicle I was interested in. I had some issue with the vehicle but David and his colleague Steve Byrd from service department took care of me and all the bills were covered under warranty it was easy and simple and hassle-free. I would definitely recommend David and RBM of Alpharetta to my friends and family.

2018 E400W4 review for Dan Berry

Bought my first Mercedes

I had a really pleasant and cordial experience dealing with Andy Sayers at this dealership. He was courteous, friendly and very knowledgeable about the questions we needed answered in order to buy our first Mercedes. The whole transaction happened in a completely open and no-pressure/hassle situation which made us comfortable in believing that we were getting a "fair" deal. I would definitely go back to this dealership for getting another car.

Excellent Service

Amazing Experience!!!

Amazing Experience!!!

No hassle, no pressure , great experience

I went to another Mercedes dealer ship before I came to RBM . The Other dealerships did not handle what I needed in a ethical way. I’m so glad I found RBM . Sheaffer made the hole experience a great one. I will be buying all my cargo cans from Sheaffer in the future.
