As an out-of-state purchaser, this was the BEST experience I had from communicating with Lori to the day of purchasing my car. I felt valued and heard through out my entire experience with Lori and at RMB. The staff at RBM of Alpharetta were very nice and welcoming. My experience with Lori was top-tier. My experience with Jeff Twiggs at RBM of Alpharetta has

My experience with Jeff Twiggs at RBM of Alpharetta has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. Upon receiving a generous $4,000 voucher from Mercedes Benz USA, I expected a smooth and efficient process to redeem it at the dealership. Unfortunately, dealing with Jeff Twiggs and the dealership has been a nightmare. I initially contacted RBM of Alpharetta and spoke with Jeff Twiggs twice. Each time, he assured me he would assist me in redeeming the voucher. However, after emailing him the voucher as requested, I never received a call back as promised. Despite leaving multiple voicemails and sending follow-up emails, my attempts to reach Jeff and other staff members were met with silence. The lack of communication and follow-through from Jeff Twiggs reflects poorly on his professionalism and the dealership's integrity. His failure to respond after multiple attempts demonstrates a blatant disregard for customer service and basic courtesy. If this is indicative of his typical behavior, it's no wonder why he should be relieved of his duties promptly. Moreover, the incompetence extends beyond Jeff Twiggs to the entire dealership staff. Despite being advised by Mercedes Customer Service that the voucher must be redeemed at RBM of Alpharetta, the staff there seemed clueless and unhelpful. It's astonishing that after twelve attempts to contact them, I still haven't received a single callback or any meaningful assistance. In conclusion, my experience with Jeff Twiggs and RBM of Alpharetta has been marked by incompetence, negligence, and a complete lack of customer care. For anyone considering doing business with this dealership, I strongly advise seeking alternatives where service and integrity are valued.

ESPDist - We attempted to redeem your voucher per your request, but it was declined by Mercedes-Benz corporate given the SL voucher had already been submitted by Mercedes-Benz of Beaverton, where you purchased your vehicle. After waiting a reasonable amount of time, you were not confident you were going to receive the voucher, so you came to us to get involved. Our Service Director reached out to the Warranty Administrator at MB of Beaverton on your behalf and confirmed the claim for the SL voucher was sent to Mercedes-Benz corporate. He even gave you (2) contact names at MB of Beaverton to check on the status and answer any questions. We were more than happy to handle this for you in the beginning, but were prevented from doing so given it had already been initiated. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience as you wait for the arrival of your well-deserved voucher.

Britt was great to work with. From the start he really listened to what we wanted. He is so knowledgeable and was very accessible when we had questions. Made the buying process incredibly easy. Highly recommend!

This is my second purchase from RBM, and I expect they’ll get my business for a third. I’ve serviced my prior Mercedes Benz at RBM exclusively, and have always been treated as a valued customer. My salesperson, Bill Favini did a great job for me during a trying time - a global hack on dealership software kept me from completing the deal when I wanted to, something that was out of RBM’s hands. Nevertheless, Bill made sure the vehicle I’d chosen was readied for sale, and he kept me updated regularly and responded quickly to my many questions. I definitely recommend Bill and the dealership.
