Love my new SUV purchase from RBM Alpharetta!

My first Mercedes and I have to say that it was the smoothest car purchase ever! Reza was great to work with and there was no question as to the deal I got. I love my done RBM.

Purchase and Delivery of My New Mercedes-Benz

I had the good fortune to drop into the RBM of Alpharetta dealership to "look" at automobiles. Upon entering the dealership I was impressed to see the beautiful display of automobiles. I was offered assistance if needed but I was not pressured by sales staff. Mr. David Wang gave me his card and offered to answer any questions I had. I returned that afternoon and met with David to discuss the purchase of an automobile. I wish I had discovered this dealership sooner. I ended up purchasing a GSL 450. After a short time I felt I was given a very fair offer for my trade-in and a very fair price for the SUV. The meeting with David EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATION. This was my 18th purchase of a new automobile in my young 70 years .... and it was the most pleasant experience I have ever had spending money. BUT it gets better. I met with Lisa Brennan to handle the financial part of the purchase. She is pleasant, positive, informative and resourceful in putting the financial part of the transaction together. If you ever want to ENJOY purchasing a beautiful new Mercedes-Benz you MUST come to this dealership! Bruce Wagar

Outstanding service from Jeff Twiggs!!

This was my first experience with RBM of Alpharetta and I am very please. Jeff took the time to understand my needs and when the first vehicle I drove didn't fit, he continued looking and found the car I absolutely love! I am very pleased with Jeff and his service as well as the dealership in general. Everyone I interacted with was very professional and courtesy.

Superior service from a first class dealer

The second I stepped in to RBM Alpharetta I felt appreciated as a customer and from the welcoming desk to the greatest salesman Bill Winslow to the finance department everybody was very knowledgeable , experienced and very friendly. I am glad I bought my car from them and I know it will not be my last one.

Good experience

The process of purchasing a car from RBM Alpharetta was as expected including friendly service and adequate amenities in waiting area. Bill was helpful and knowledgeable and the sales process was low pressure and . Paperwork process from the point at which I decided to purchase the car until I received the car took longer than expected at about two hours (I paid cash so there were no financing considerations). There was one issue that arose after signing that the manager stepped in and resolved without hesitation, making the overall experience positive.

Excellent Experience

Ramona Razavi was my sales contact as we turned in our lease and purchased a C class. She is very professional, thorough, and patient. She is very knowledgeable, and made the lease turn in and the purchase a very easy and pleasant process. I had a fantastic experience with Mercedes of Alpharetta. I think this is our 4th car from RBM and each time we have been pleased.

Great experience!

This was one of the easiest vehicle acquisitions I have ver made, and Andy Sayers made it so. Andy has a great low key approach that is backed up by his thorough knowledge of the vehicles he sells and leases. He was super responsive, he listened to my needs, and he proactively responded with what turned out to be a great deal on both the trade-in of my GL450 and the purchase of my new S450 (in an amazing color combination) with the exact equipment I was looking for. I will definitely recommend Andy Sayers at RBM of Alpharetta to my friends who are considering a Mercedes. I'm happy!

Excellent from beginning to end with Bill Favini.

This is the second vehicle that we've purchased from RBM. In both cases we've been treated extremely well. We found Bill Favini extremely honest, responsive, and customer responsive. Bill kept us abreast of the availability of our new vehicle along the way. We would recommend Bill to anyone looking to purchase a quality vehicle such as a Mercedes. In addition to Bill, we found the entire staff to be personable and customer friendly and responsive. We're thankful we have such a great dealership close to where we live here in Alpharetta.

The best dealer for sure.

He is friendly and very honest person. As I visited at the dealership, there is no car that meets my requirements. But he made his best effort to find my car, and I just bought my car being shipped from Germany. After one year later, I had to replace my windshield since a rock on highway hit my windshield. He helped me again to make an appointment and advise about my auto insurance for the incident. I can say he is the best person if you need any help about your car experience.
