Andy Sayers - Quick and Easy
We met Andy Sayers at 2:30 and had a purchase agreement by 3:30. He gave me room to review the car in detail and then we were quickly able to come to an agreement. The dealership was exceptionally clean and comfortable while waiting for the final paperwork and car prep to be completed. It was quick and easy with no surprises. All fees quoted over the phone were exactly what were on the term sheet. It was so pleasant...we may sell one of our other cars and upgrade again. Thanks!

Awesome experience with RBM. I hate to admit I purchased out of state, that will not happen the next time. Pam was awesome introducing me to my 1st MB. Kind of a Ford guy with a couple of BMW thrown in the mix, however it certainly looks like I am an MB guy going forward. Thanks for all your help.

The Best or Nothing!
I have bought a lot of cars from a Porsche to a BMW but I have never had such a great car buying experience like I did with Kyle Edson and Bill Favini at RBM of Alpharetta. I had a horrible experience at my previous BMW dealership of them pressuring me on everything so I was dreading going through the car buying process again. The things I liked most about purchasing a car from RBM of Alpharetta is that since I have already bought three cars in in three years I knew that it was going to be a rough and long process of negotiating on price for not only the car I wanted to buy but my trade in. Well not at RBM. I liked how even though I priced my BMW on Kelly Blue Book before I arrived that they use Kelly Blue Book as well to value my current car. They gave me exactly what I was looking for regarding the price of my trade in and explained the process in detail. It wasn't some made up number that the manager came up with and say take it or leave it. Next, Kyle was fantastic in negotiations on my new Mercedes SUV. He didn't pressure me into anything or say I had to buy it today or anything. He made the whole stressful car buying process very easy from A to Z. Also the finance department didn't pressure me on upselling additional items that I didn't want. Finally, since I have never owned a Mercedes in the past CJ Carr was nice enough to spend over an hour going through all the buttons and features on my new SUV. She worked around my schedule. Overall I can't thank the RBM family and especially Kyle Edson for treating me like family and making me comfortable in buying a car. I will be buying another car for my wife from Kyle this Winter. I couldn't imagine going anywhere else and I HIGHLY recommend that if you are interested in buying a car to go to RBM of Alpharetta. It is by far the best dealership I have ever dealt with. Plus I have never had a better and more reliable car than a Mercedes. Like their slogan. The best or nothing.

Kagen Scott was great! A pleasure to work with. We both felt very special customers once again. First time Ron Delvalle, this time Kagen Scott. Same great level of customer service. Very patient, knowledgeable and honest! He worked with my wife and I via text, phone (voicemail) and ultimately in person with the same level of responsiveness. Bill Favini and RBM are top class.

Great Sales Experience!!
Kagan provided quick and responsive information on the used car I was considering. He is NOT a high pressure guy and let me decide on my own which is what I wanted...We got together and came to an amicable price for both of us in less than 30 minutes...Great Guy!!

I worked with Kyle for a good amount of time. He was super and patient with me until I found the right car that I wanted to buy. He was always their and super accommodating to my needs. Just buy your Mercedes from Kyle and be done with it. He will take care of you.
