He was friendly, very patient, and knowledgeable about the Mercedes-Benz product. He also gave us personal service by delivering my car, making sure I knew all the car’s driving systems again, and even programmed it to my garage. I would recommend him to others.

We returned to RBM to find another pre- owned ML 350. Bill Favini was able to locate the perfect car.
