A great buying process. Andy (Sayers) was friendly, kind and informative. He too the time to explain all of the features of the car way before I considered buying. He also educated my friend (another Mercedes owner) on a number of safety features we had no idea were in place. I absolutely hate buying cars and Andy provided a comfortable, professional shopping experience. On an additional note, my experience in finance with Sharon was excellent as well. Recently purchased a C300 from RBM Alpharetta. This was a repeat at this dealership as I was replacing my 2013. My sales consultant was Andy Sayers. Just wanted to express how pleasant Andy and the entire staff are to deal with. I found the car I wanted and was in my new car in less than two hours from entering the dealership. Prior to shifting to this dealership several years ago I did not understand the value proposition of owning a Mercedes. The combination of excellent service, MB warranty and retained vehicle value makes owning and operating a Mercedes a good financial decision. I had the pleasure of meeting Bill Favini as I glanced at a Honda Pilot that was on sale. I went to see it with my wife and kids, not sure whether we should get it. The children were delighted with the munchies while I was extremely grateful to Bill who ensured that I understood all the ins and outs of buying the Honda.
