Stress free buying experience!
A great buying process. Andy (Sayers) was friendly, kind and informative. He too the time to explain all of the features of the car way before I considered buying. He also educated my friend (another Mercedes owner) on a number of safety features we had no idea were in place. I absolutely hate buying cars and Andy provided a comfortable, professional shopping experience. On an additional note, my experience in finance with Sharon was excellent as well. She carefully explained the additional services available with no pressure. Sandra

Great experience
Had a wonderful experience at RBM Alpharetta with Andy Sayers. Super knowledgeable, amazing patience as I changed my mind several times about what I wanted, never got tired of my test drives, really helpful advice as I ran through the different options I was considering, and never pushy or aggressive in any way. He also answered questions a week after I bought the car. Would absolutely recommend that you go to RBM Alpharetta and ask for Andy. Also, CJ Carr was great at explaining all of the options on my new car as I was leaving and again when I called a day later.

Second Purchase from this Dealership - Super Smooth!
Recently purchased a C300 from RBM Alpharetta. This was a repeat at this dealership as I was replacing my 2013. My sales consultant was Andy Sayers. Just wanted to express how pleasant Andy and the entire staff are to deal with. I found the car I wanted and was in my new car in less than two hours from entering the dealership. Prior to shifting to this dealership several years ago I did not understand the value proposition of owning a Mercedes. The combination of excellent service, MB warranty and retained vehicle value makes owning and operating a Mercedes a good financial decision. If you are looking for an automobile gives these folks your consideration.

Wonderful Experience!
I had the pleasure of meeting Bill Favini as I glanced at a Honda Pilot that was on sale. I went to see it with my wife and kids, not sure whether we should get it. The children were delighted with the munchies while I was extremely grateful to Bill who ensured that I understood all the ins and outs of buying the Honda. He answered all my questions and was extremely nice and a real pleasure to meet and talk while we discussed the Honda. I highly recommend RBM of Alpharetta, just a wonderful experience from start to finish. I ended up buying the car, and shortly after email Bill with other questions. Ramona took the time to listen to my needs and I felt like she ways more interested in my satisfaction than just selling a car. I trusted her knowledge and advice. Dan Berry made my second purchase of E-350 Painless and helped expedite the entire purchase I met Dan 10 years ago when he was my service advisor at RBM He was knowledgeable trustworthy and always advised in a way that I felt comfortable with When I found out he moved over to Sales, I went directly to him Smart move!
