Exceeded my expectations!

Gracious, courteous and professional! My first Mercedes-Benz purchase was a great experience! Ron Delvalle and the RBM dealership staff were easy to work with and provided outstanding service!

A Great Experience!!!

My total experience with RBM was a pleasure! Vadim was the perfect sales rep! Very informative, but not overbearing! I believe he helped get into the right care! I am very pleased with the whole experience! Also, everyone in the dealership was very nice, approachable and hospitable!

No pressure Easy to work with

I never thought about purchasing a Mercedes Benz. I met Andy at RBM and he was patient and very willing to help me understand the options available to me and the pluses and minus of each. I kept coming back to him and finally my wife and I felt comfortable enough to make a deal with him

Amazing service and pleasant buying experience

When we decided to buy an Interstate Grand Tour, I was not looking forward to the whole shopping/dealership experience. What a pleasant surprise it was to meet Sheaffer. My husband had been communicating with him via email and phone, and when we finally made it to the dealership to check out the Interstate, Sheaffer was very helpful and was able to answer all of our questions. He is very knowledgable about all of the features and systems of the Airstream. Not only is he extremely competent, but his honesty and politeness are refreshing. Not once did we feel pressured or rushed. He is also very responsive to communications, not only before you buy, but after. As I sit here typing this, he is speaking with my husband who had a question about one of the features. It is comforting to know that service is a priority with Sheaffer and the RBM dealership. I can say that this was the very best experience I have had buying a new vehicle. The dealership itself is very pleasant and everyone we came in contact with was helpful and friendly. When we get another new vehicle, we would absolutely choose to work with RBM and Sheaffer.

"Painless" Car Buying Experience

This was our second time purchasing an automobile from RBM Alpharetta and having the same team going beyond excellent customer service to make the experience a "positive memorable" one. That was accomplished!! As usual, Andy Sayers spent hours showing their beautiful automobiles. The problem was, trying to decide which one you wanted to take home with you. A big Thank You to the "awesome" RBM Alpharetta team that helped us. I highly recommend this team of professionals for your car buying experience!!

Great experience

I bought a car from the Dealership today. The deal was excellent. But even more important, I really enjoyed the process because of my salesperson Ramona Razavi. She was honest, extremely pleasant, and very helpful. This was by far the best experience buying a car I ever had. Thank you Ramona!
