Very good experience

Vadim was a real pleasure to work with. I called initially just to ask a question about a vehicle I had seen on line. He was VERY helpful. When I called back, Vadim was busy so I asked to speak to another salesman. Fabian was equally helpful. I didn't want to waste my time driving up to see the car so I asked about all the flaws. The two of them worked together and detailed every scratch. Vadim even texted me photos!!! I told him that I was coming to see the car and when I arrived, he had it pulled up front and all ready for us to go on a test drive. The car was great, but I am very thorough, so I took it to another local dealer to be checked. They reported minimal "issues" - including dirty air filters. The car fax showed they had been changed by RBM so I was very suspicious. When I got back to RBM and told Vadim, he literally found the service technician who had worked on the car and brought him out to see me. The technician pulled out the filters right in front of me and showed me that they were in fact clean!!! Mmmmh I wonder where the dirt disappeared to that the Toyota dealer found!!........POINT MADE...RBM are true to their word..... I purchased the car. The process was flawless. I believe from conversations with Vadim and the service tech that they only sell decent cars. Others get sent to auction so they don't tarnish their reputation.

George Timmes was so helpful and knowledge

George Timmes was so helpful and answered all of my questions. I did not feel rushed and enjoyed working with him. He really helped me u dears tans the vaious features available.

Great experience!

I have been a long time Lexus owner and was ready for a new car. I loved my Lexus but was looking for a change. Mercedes was not even on my list to drive, but decided to drive one based on ratings I read online. I was interested in a 2016 end of year vehicle and first drove the GLC 300 at another dealership and liked the car. I saw a pre owned certified car online at RBM of Alpharetta that I liked and drove to see it. The dealership experience was so much better than I purchased from RBM even though it is 25 miles from my house and the other dealership is 2 miles away. Michael and Neil were good at convincing it was not that far and let me know that the service department will provide loaners if needed. I ended up purchasing a new car and look forward to loving my Mercedes.Everyone was a pleasure to work with and I would recommend visiting RBM of Alpharetta even if it is a long drive!

Wonderful Experience

We visited the dealership about a month ago and it was probably the best car dealership experience I've ever had. Our sales rep was George Timmes and at no point did we ever feel pressured to make a purchase. George was able to answer all our questions and was very knowledgeable about the different models on the lot. We made the right decision by going to RBM of Alpharetta.

BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!

It was time for me to turn in my lease and I had a little over three weeks left to make a decision. I had been working with another dealer and just couldn't close the deal. It was either the right car at the wrong price or the right price and the wrong car! I decided to check the other dealerships in the area and came across RBM of Alpharetta online. I saw an exquisite E350 listed in their inventory with a price that seemed too good to be true. I just had to see it in person. I hesitated because Alpharetta was so far away. After speaking with Andy Sayers, I made an appointment to see and drive the car. Andy informed me he was going to be out and told me that Vadim Russu would take care of me. His last words to me were "you're going to buy that car because it is a beauty." Well, Andy was right! The experience was incredible - who knew that buying a car could be this easy? No pressure, no hassle, no buyers remorse. Every employee was a joy to interact with, especially Neil Turry. It was a celebration after my purchase with pictures and hugs! It was THE BEST EXPERIENCE EVER and well worth the 120 mile round trip!

Easiest Car Buying Experince Ever!

I inquired about the vehicle that caught my eye on the internet and was quickly contacted by Vadim Russo where he encouraged me to come in and take a look upon its arrival to the store. Vadim answered all my questions and settled my concerns. It was well worth my trip from midtown because I was instantly treated like a valuable customer at RBM and not as another "tire kicker" like at other dealerships. Vadim made me feel like I was a big spender when in fact, I was so excited just to be able to even get into the brand at my price point. My like new CLA250 is beautiful, well cared for, and a great value with all its bells and whistles. My special thanks goes out to Vadim, his attention to detail, and his team @ RBM for making my it all so easy! Customer service at its best and I will definitely be back for more!

George Timmes Made the Trip Especially Easy

We had an excellent experience at this RBM. We were assisted by George Timmes, and he made the experience easy. He was knowledgeable and seemed to really care about making sure we were well taken care of. Further more we were really happy with the outcome - an amazingly well-built car for an even more amazing price. Will recommend RBM of Alpharetta and George over and over again.

I had found several dealers with the car I wanted at similar prices and with similar options, but there was never a doubt in my mind that RBM was the place where I felt most comfortable doing business - and their price was still among the most competitive prices. I am extremely happy with my experience with them, particularly with the knowledge, transparency, and friendliness of Ramona Razavi. It is nice to own a car without any doubts in your mind about having received the best service, offer, and vehicle! Definitely a first, and definitely not the last time I will do business with Ramona and RBM. Very recommended!

I am a first time car buyer, and when arriving at the dealership we were greeted immediately and they took everything from their. It was a smooth process in and out in about and hour and a half. Great customer service!
