RBM of Alpharetta

This was our second experience buying a Mercedes and first time at RBM of Alpharetta. To say the least, our first experience with a different Mercedes dealership in west Texas was stressful, confusing, and disappointing. As our family is growing and our desire to upgrade my wife's car was becoming a more common topic at the house, I was extremely hesitant of going back to any Mercedes dealership. However, being new to Atlanta coupled with a lot of pep talks from the wife we decided to try another Mercedes dealership for a test drive and feel if the experience would be the same. I'm glad we did! Going to RBM of Alpharetta was a great choice for us from the very start. From the receptionist welcoming us to being introduced to Warren Phillips, our sales associate we felt like a valued customer that was shopping for a specific brand for a reason and not just a number to an accounting schedule. Warren was the epitome of professional. He was easy to get along with and extremely interested in making sure our experience would be the best. He clearly has years of experience and takes the time to listen to customers explain what they are looking for, budgeting parameters, and then goes out to find the perfect car. For us, he found the perfect car for my wife while being honest and professional at all times and that alone made the car buying experience perfect for us. Thank you Warren for such a great experience and thanks for staying late to ensure our delivery was completed.

RBM of Alpharetta has the best sales and service team in the southeast. Rena Azizi has sold me 4 SUVs and my brother 2 SUVs and he is the most helpful salesman I have ever dealt with. He brings me back to Mercedes with good deals even when I think I will try something different. Teresa in service is really super to deal with and I love her wit and friendly attitude and the way she always keeps things real. U have to go to RBM of Alpharetta for the best buying and service experience .

The dealership has big inventory and lot of good pre-owned cars available. They are friendly and rest of the factors are met some expectations.

Purchased a CPO SL550.. Outstanding process start to finish.

The night before our purchase, I requested information and by the time I got up the next morning I already had a voicemail from Andy S and he also sent me information about the car I was interested in. Due to us being about 3 hours away, I called ahead of time and Andy was able to hold the car for me until we got there. We ran into some very bad traffic and arrived at the dealership about 15 minutes before closing. Andy greeted us and did not make us feel rushed despite the late arrival. He had the car ready and parked up front and took us on a test drive immediately. While we were trying to get the price within our budget, several employees engaged us and offered us drinks and refreshments. The sales manager introduced himself and was active in the buying process. We have purchased vehicles from BMW, Hummer, and Cadillac and never had such a smooth and pleasant experience. Even though Andy was scheduled to be at the dealership early the next morning he did not rush the process and was very diligent in showing my wife all of the vehicle features and filled the tank up for our drive home. The dealership gave us umbrellas to take with us as a storm was approaching and everyone was so friendly and helpful. Andy continued to express appreciation for our business days after the purchase and even checked in with us a week or so later as well. This is by far the best dealership I have ever purchased from and will refer as many people as I can here. 5 Star experience!!! Jon M.
