True Professional Great Dealership
This was the second time we have purchased a Mercedes Benz from RBM of Alpharetta. One of the primary reasons my wife and I drove from Charleston, SC, where we now leave, to RBM of Alpharetta was because of Andy Sayers. He was so great during our first experience. Andy spent a lot of time with us over the phone, prior to our visit, getting a good idea as to what we were looking for in a new car. Once we completed this process it was real easy going when we arrived at RBM of Alpharetta. Andy had a number of vehicles ready to show us and spent most of the morning answering all the questions we had and explaining all the features and benefits of each of the cars. We decided on a new GLE350 SUV for my wife. She loves the car and felt really good driving it off the lot. When it is time to buy our next vehicle are first call will be to Andy and RBM of Alpharetta. A True Professional and a Great Dealership.

"The best or nothing"
An overall great car buying experience. We have been buying Japanese cars from the same dealership for the past 20 years and this was our first Mercedes-Benz. RBM of Alpharetta was not the closest Mercedes dealership for us (50+ miles away), but after my initial phone conversation with Warren Phillips, we decided to make the drive to Alpharetta. It was a great purchasing decision and we look forward to working with Teresa Cox when it is time to service our new 2017 GLS450. Thank you Warren, Neil and Tom for making the purchase process seamless. After briefly meeting Teresa Cox in the Service Department, we decided to make the drive to RBM of Alpharetta for our future service appointments as well. Thank you RBM of Alpharetta!

Fantastic experience!
My husband and I were initially shopping for certified pre-owned. We shopped around, but at RBM of Alpharetta we test drove a brand new car. Loved it! We were working with Warren Phillips and he was fantastic! However, since we wanted to buy new-we decided to try to buy locally. After talking with our local dealership and a far less pleasant experience, we decided to drive back (2 hours) to work with a salesman and a dealership with a much better all-around experience! Customer service seems to be their goal-and they do it well! We love our new GLS, but even more so loved our experience! Thank you Warren and RBM of Alpharetta!

Amazing customer service!
I felt as though Vadim Russu went over and above the call of duty to help me secure my new company car from RBM. Due to internal issues at our company the deal was about 30 days old by the time RBM received their check. Vadim not only followed up with me in a timely manner, never pushing and he actually carefully contacted the correct person at our HQ and found the issue with the check that no one else could seem to do. The day of delivery was swift, easy and an extremely professional experience. I hope the rest of my experience with my new M.Benz is as positive as the purchase experience was.
