Great people, wonderful experience

I went to the dealer not knowing what to expect from buying a Mercedes. The experience was wonderful - Fabian was very informative about the vehicles and there was no pressure. There were plenty of cars available on the lot with a good selection of colors and options. Doing the paperwork for my lease was easy, and Diane did a great job of acclimating me to the car.

Great Experience with Reza Azizi & RBM

Our family recently purchased a new 2016 G63 from Reza who made our buying experience simple and easy. My time was limited so after contacting Reza and told him what we wanted he went into action and found the perfect vehicle for us. After we made the deal, Reza arranged to have all the paperwork ready for us before our arrival. Upon arrival, the vehicle was ready and so was the paperwork. We were in and out of the dealership in less than 2hrs (this was on a Saturday)! Thanks for your professionalism and ease of doing business. Reza has a great team at RBM which helped in making our buying experience the best anyone could ask for. Highly recommend doing business with Reza and RBM of Alpharetta!

Derrick Wynn and RBM Team

I leased a 2016 C300 and Derrick was absolutely wonderful. He was very personable, well informed and made my leasing experience a pleasant one. He was able to answer all of my questions and was extremely helpful in making it a smooth transition into the new vehicle. A+ Experience

I bought an E350 from Andy Sayers here 5 years ago and had a fantastic experience. He had great follow-thru and stayed in touch, so when I needed a new vehicle it was a no brainer to call Andy. RBM and Andy exceed expectations in every way so you can't go wrong. He even rolled out a red carpet when delivering the car!

Andy & Tom accomplished great results and I Thank You....

Andy overcame obstacles and accomplish much better than I expected results, with professionalism not normally seen in today business world. Thought I knew what I wanted, but Andy found choices, not considered and I purchased a CPO C300M4, low mileage and extremely thrilled with the results.

Class Act

Reza was impeccable throughout the entire selling process. Not only did he answer all of my questions, he helped us through the entire process with a smile. It was the most comfortable and genuine car buying experience I've ever had. I wish he was who I bought my car 7 years ago from! Everyone there was exceptionally professional, welcoming, and accommodating. 5 Stars all around! They even had my new car waiting on a red carpet for me for delivery. Such a nice touch.

Ramona made our experience the best yet!

We came to trade in our 2013 C250 for a 2016 GLC300. We had the pleasure of working with Ramona Razavi. She helped us pick the car that was right for our family. She did a great job of assisting & explaining everything to us - from the car options to the financial process. This is our 3rd Mercedes - our 2nd at RBM of Alpharetta and Ramona made this experience seamless & positive. We would love to work with her again in the future. The entire staff made us feel very welcome.

Great Experience

Ron Delvalle is the best Mercedez Sales Consultant. I wanted a CPO ML 350 with low mileage and Ron made sure that I get all the features I wanted in the price range.

FABIAN WILL TAKE THE BEST CARE OF YOU!

FABIAN TAFUR is the only Mercedes Sales Consultant you should ever consider using if you want a A+ car purchase experience. Also, if you think excellent communication is part of that perfect A+ experience, no other consultant could have ever had better communication skills than Fabian. Fabian exerts zero pressure, and none of those games that other sales consultants play, no exaggerations or any of that stuff. I hate that. I have purchased many cars in my life, and I can tell you that Fabian is one of a kind. I have worked closely with Fabian on the purchase of a beautiful Mercedes since April and I just took delivery in late June. I had specific details of things that I really wanted on this new car. Fabian made sure each and every single detail was taken care of. And most importantly, in that 3 month period Fabian has never gotten sick of me texting him day after day, and even unknowingly to me, even while he was on vacation with his sweet family, he still answered me immediately! What other sales consultants do that, especially AFTER you have already purchased the car from them? Its really because Fabian cares, and he care about his customers. Fabian is patient and he really makes you feel like he is your best friend who is helping you buy a car. I have to disclose that I just met Fabian this past spring when I was looking for a car. He is not my son, or family! You will love Fabian, and you will have a wonderful car purchasing experience with Fabian Tafur! Tell Fabian that Cathy referred you! DON RATAJSKI - Don is our service rep, and he is excellent. He always takes care of my daughter's car and my car. We have used him for the past several years and we both just love working with him. Ask for Don!
